Moved here and had no idea where to go, this was the first place I came and I won’t go anywhere else! If you need any facial rejuvenation, they’re amazing. Ask for Marianne, she’s so sweet and professional. Gives an amazing experience everytime. I just love her! Couldn’t be happier!

I don’t normally leave reviews for businesses as it’s so rare to have even mediocre service, let alone amazing care and service. I knew I just had to write some positive words for the Innovation Dermatology.

Some backstory, I suffered from severe hypo-pigmented white scarring. I was told for years by many different doctors that there was nothing that could be done to help me, and that I would have the scarring for the rest of my life.

I had such low self esteem as a result, I wouldnt even think of leaving the house without makeup and every beach vacation I took, I always wore full makeup!

On top of that I was also self conscious about having extremely hooded eyelids. So you can imagine my elation, when I had my initial consultation with Marianne and Dr. Day, and actually left their office excited and filled with hope! Something could finally be done to help my conditions and they sent me home with an optimistic treatment plan!

I ended up having an upper blepharoplasty and CO2 fractional laser by Dr. Day, and I can’t say enough positive things about him! He is a master of his craft, an amazing surgeon, and every step of the way he was caring and personable. I highly recommend him!

For the initial treatment of my face scarring, Michelle was the expert for this. I had a chemical peel in preparation for the CO2 fractional laser treatment.
She was so friendly, had a great sense of humour and you could tell she really cares about what she does.

Marianne was the skin care guru! She has an unbelievable knowledge of skin care products. I’ve never met a more amazing human, always smiling, always happy! Her suggested treatment plan for my skin condition was the initial chemical peel, followed by the ZO Skin Health Hydroquinone Kit for Pigmented skin.

Also notable was my experience right from when I entered the office, with the girls at the front desk, Jody, Olivia and Holly were always super welcoming, inviting and it was always a pleasure seeing their friendly faces!

At the end of the day, it was a bit of a wait to get into the clinic, but I can 100% tell you it was absolutely worth the wait, and I will never go to another skin care clinic for my needs again.

During the consultation I was cautioned not to expect perfection due to the severity of my scarring. The results in my opinion are outstanding, way better than I could ever have hoped.

I am so grateful for each and every person in that office, they truly gave me my self confidence back and I couldn’t be more thankful.

The professionalism, attention to detail, commitment to patient satisfaction and kindness put me at ease throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Dr. Day and his team!!!

What an amazing Doctor! Extremely caring and very compassionate! It's hard to see him as he is exbusy! My only wish is that he would give people with disabilities and low income that are struggling discounts for other services that could help me and my skin care! I also feel that the $50.00 nonrefundable depots is wrong! I had never been charged this fee before in the 7 years I've seen Dr Day!

So it was a while to get in to see him but who’s fault is that? Not Doctor Day that’s for sure. It takes time to get in because he’s obviously got a great reputation.

The visit with Doctor Day was comfortable and reassuring. He was friendly and sociable. We discussed my condition, what was wrong, reviewed medications I was taking and how they’d positively react. He gave me a good supply of sample products with easy to follow instructions to use daily and prescribed additional medication to use as needed.

Yes, I’ll say this. He knows his stuff and should be thought of and respected as the specialist he is. I imagine it can be hard to receive bad news but one should listen to his recommendations and take his advice. After all, he and his team are the specialists. Leaving a one star review because of bad news is just…bad news.

Dr Day and staff at reception desks are amazing! Today I went to Innovation Dermatology to book my appointment with Dr Day and was so lucky to be assessed by him right away.

Dr Day is very knowledgeable, professional, well experienced, informative, and patient focused. He really took the time to address all of my skin issues, thoroughly explained the plan of action, and possible treatments.

By the way, that is my second experience with Innovation Dermatology. The fist time I was there for my son’s acne treatment. He was seen by Dr Day as well. Dr Day was very attentive to his needs by explaining him the issue in sample language and making some jokes. The treatments and products are worth it. We can see wonderful results.

I am so pleased and high recommend Innovation Dermatology to anyone. I will be going in again to see Dr Day for future appointments. Wonderful team! Thank you very much for your service!

Dr. Day and Marianne were wonderful. I am so happy with the results for the CO2 laser treatment. I had a lot of spots on my face that really bothered me. Now my skin is smooth and fresh. Lines and wrinkles have disappeared! I highly recommend the treatment I received.

Dr Day and staff are fantastic. I initially went in for Moh surgery to remove a basal cell carcinoma on my face. Despite the massive chunk of skin removed, I don't even have a scar 6 months later. Since then, I've chosen to have several cosmetic procedures done. Every visit has been pleasant, professional and well done. The staff is lovely. Everything is run on time, the rewards program is comprehensive and the procedures are excellent. Dr Day himself is a great doctor and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely return and I highly recommend the services offered here.

I went to Innovation Dermatology yesterday for a Hydra Facial and it was fantastic!! Stephanie was incredibly knowledgeable! She identified my specific skin concerns and explained them along with possible treatment options. I could not believe how much time she took to even find me the perfect matching loose powder. It was a phenomenal experience and I look forward to seeing Stephanie again.

I saw Stephanie for a dermaplane treatment a few days ago and cant say enough about how great the experience was. She's professional, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain whatever service you're getting done. 100% would recommend and I will be going in again to see her for future services.

LOVE LOVE LOVE Innovation Dermatology! I saw Dr. Day years ago when my son saw him for his alopecia. Dr. Day could be the nicest doctor I have ever met. He is very personable, down to earth & genuinely cares about his patients. His staff is beyond amazing! They make you feel welcome & answer any questions you may have. I highly recommend Innovation Dermatology not only because of the positive environment but also the equipment that Dr. Day has in his clinic. Dr. Day and his staff have changed my life. For 15+ years I suffered with psoriasis all over my body. It affected my life in horrible ways, from not wanting to spend time with friends, not wanting to wear shorts or a swimsuit, not exercising not swimming… and more. For the past 2 years I’ve been on Siliq (injections) and I couldn’t be happier. The side effects are minimal, if any, and my skin hasn’t looked this good since I was a kid. I had some skincare concerns that were dismissed by two other medical offices. After attending an open house I found a solution with Meranda. She is highly trained/experienced and focused on getting results. Most comfortable facial I have ever had and the results are great. I have booked for a little more self care and looking forward to more awesome results!
