I always have fantastic service at I-Care Family Vision in Stony Plain!! Dr. Kattan takes the time to explain the details at each eye exam. I never have to wait for emergency visits. The staff are super friendly, and very helpful. I am very fortunate to have found this clinic. I absolutely recommend this eye clinic!!

We have been patients of Dr. Kattan for the past 4 years for our regular eye exams. He is very knowledgeable and has a very professional and friendly demeanor. His staff are also professional, friendly and very helpful.
Three months ago I mentioned to Dr. Kattan that my eyes seemed to burn a lot and I was using eye drops every two/three days to get relief. He conducted a few tests and then advised me I had dry eye syndrome.
Dr. Kattan explained to me, in detail, that the procedure to correct the dry eye syndrome would take about 4-45 minute sessions occurring once a month for 4 months . After each procedure there is a routine of eye care you must do every day.
I just finished my third treatment and have only used eye drops once in the past month!!! Having never heard of dry eye syndrome I was pessimistic but am amazed at the result.
If you have the same problem I suggest you ask your optometrist about Dry Eye Syndrome or book an appointment with Dr. Kattan!!

I’ve been suffering with chronic dry eye for quite some time. I decided to bite the bullet and have laser treatments for my dry eyes. Dr. Kattan is so knowledgeable and took great care of me. This eye clinic is incredible. Dr. Kattan and his staff of wonderful ladies are kind, happy and explain everything as well as options. I have never had such indepth care and attention paid to my eyes as what was received at this clinic. Highly recommended to try them out.

Dry eye treatments Can’t Thank Dr Kattan and staff enough as very knowledgeable on the Laser process with good patient care . completed my 4th and final monthly treatment For me it is a amazing difference from dry eyes in constant minor pain. after the 3rd session my eye drop use went down to twice a week and if outside on a breezy day and they start to bother me once inside they often recover on there own Highly recommend this process with Dr Kattan in Stony Plain

Dr. Kattan has been my Optometrist for the past 12 years. Nina and I have nothing but good things to say about him and his practice. He makes regular checks on the health of our eyes and makes sure the our prescriptions are still doing the corrections they were intended to do. We enjoy our visits with his friendly competent staff. I have been doing dry eye therapy with Dr. Kattan but he has also been my eye doctor for a few years now. The staff are always helpful and kind and they really admire and respect Dr. Kattan through conversation. Dr. Kattan applies a personal touch with every visit and is always thoughtful, insightful and kind. In this day and age, I think it is rare. I would recommend doing the dry eye therapy. It takes 4 visits and it has been very effective for me. I would give this business 5 stars.

I have suffered with extreme dry eye for many years. It was to the point that I couldn't watch TV in the evening or drive in the night without extreme discomfort. The dry eye treatment has some discomfort during the sessions however the success I have have had with this treatment completely outweighs the short amount of discomfort. It's like night and day. I only wish this treatment had been available sooner. I highly recommend it to anyone suffering from dry eye symptoms.

First time going for an eye exam in 7 years due to bad experience at another local eye center. Dr.Kattan was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He Explained everything in the procedure and was very helpful. The staff is always friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Very Happy! They took their time to get things right, they listened well, and were very helpful. I will be coming back here. Recommend it to anyone with complicated eye problems. Dr. Kattan was thorough and explained things well. I have had to deal with eye problems for 40 years in different countries, and this is one of the best places that I have ever gone to.

Dr. Kattan and his team are very helpful and knowledge about eye care and health. The instruments used were technologically advanced to provide the most in depth eye exam I've ever had. My eye glasses prescription was filled on the same day and glasses were delivered earlier than promised. Excellent service from an excellent team. Thank you.

I haven't had to wear glasses for 14 years since my laser surgery, so I was not happy with having trouble with my eyesight. However, Dr. Kattan and staff were very accommodating and supportive and guided me to the right decision on glasses. Dr. Kattan took the time to explain and educate me on my eye issues so I could understand and make a better choice for glasses. The explanation of the lenses from the front desk person was also excellent and she was very patient with me as I took a long time to choose the right frames and lenses. As a result, I went back to get contacts, which was also a very good experience as Dr. Kattan again took the time to explain my options.

I have worn glasses for 62 years and have experienced quite a number of different optometrists. I-Care Family Vision & Eyecare was recommended to me three years ago. Dr. Kattan and his staff run a very professional and visitor friendly operation. Dr. Kattan takes the time necessary to perform thorough eye examinations; no rushing. What struck me was the state of the art equipment used for eye examinations. As well as being very out-going, Dr Kattan expresses a sincere sense of caring for his patients.
