Went this morning to replace my card. Got helped by this adorable, sweet and very professional lady, her name I believe is Tracy. A breath of fresh air, great customer skills and very patient with me screwing up with my new code. She would be a perfect branch manager and please if it will happen let me know ...I will follow her for my banking needs.

Staff gave great service even when they had a hostile customer someone screaming at them in another section. All staff were calm and continued to service everyone despite the issue. I was served on time and she was very friendly. 5 stars!

Really like this branch. Friendly and professional staffs. Best banking experience ever. But they must be pretty tired as working both sat and sun. Appreciate their hard work though
