Village Cycle Hudson Giant

I recently purchased a Giant road bike (Defy Advanced 2) from Village Cycle in Hudson; although I live in Ottawa, the excellent service from Pascal, combined with the availability of the bike I wanted in my preferred colour, made it worth the trip from Ottawa (it took about 90 minutes btw; the bike shop is easy to access from Hwy 40). All my interactions with Pascal were top notch, and he took the time to ensure the my bike was perfected fitted when I showed up to pick it up. And the store itself was significantly larger (i.e. better selection) than most bike shops and is located in a picturesque village. All in all, a five star experience.

Pascal and his team always deliver outstanding products and service in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. They have helped me and my wife to pick the right bikes and trainers for us and are always there to help with any question or tips in general about cycling. We credit VCH with sparking our interest in cycling which has become a true passion.

Pascal was amazing to work with. It is clear he has extensive knowledge in this field and is passionate to share it with everyone. He took care of my fitting and showed me how to use my trainer along with the Zwift app. Overall an awesome experience and I highly recommend you check him out for your cycling needs!

Upon arrival, I was delighted to find that my bike had been adjusted to my specifications.They took the time to set up my Garmin screen with the DI2 setup and explained how the Shimano phone app worked, ensuring that I could make the most of the bike's capabilities. Found this gem of a store last year during the pandemic trying to find a bicycle for my wife. The owner is super friendly and very knowledgeable. Really enjoyed purchasing at this store even thought it is 40 minutes away from my house in Montreal. Was so impressed with the service that I went back again this year to purchase a bike for my son. Store is a bit small compared to other stores but not be fooled since hey have great products and especially awesome service!

Great service! Was looking for a smart trainer, which was on backorder for a few months. Pascal (owner) went out of his way to find one for me, take the time to explain the ins and outs of how to set it up, and recommended the basic accessories that would enhance the experience.

Although there are bike shops in Ottawa (where I live) I still chose to make the 90 minute drive to do business with Village Cycle Hudson, which speaks volumes to the level of expertise and quality of service that Pascal provides.

Pascal the owner was amazing. He held on to a bike I really needed for over a month until I was ready to purchase. He then drove almost an hour to deliver it to me. I couldn't believe the service.
