Furley Pain Viande & Vin

This is our go to for pretty much everything! The meat is superb, the bread and pastries are baked fresh daily, they’ve got a great selection of wine and the eggs are the best we’ve ever had! They run a bunch of amazing pop up events throughout the year and being here feels like stepping into Stars Hollow!

The Oreo donut was so awesome! My husband loved their sourdough bread as well. The steaks and duck confit looked so fresh and amazing! We were there on Hudson day, it’s nice to see the store/restaurant being busy! Friendly and helpful staffs and service!

I wasn’t disappointed at all. The service was so amazing & friendly. The server answered all of our questions patiently and had some lovely recommendations.

We tried all the donut flavours available that day & we got ourselves other pastry/sourdough.
I am obsessed with the pecan brioche & the cinnamon sugar donut. Their donuts are light & airy and are not overly sweet. I highly recommend their classic sourdough and cheese & garlic sourdough.

I recieved a Furley gift certificate with a note that "you will love their steaks, it's worth the drive to Hudson!" So Saturday afternoon we went. I picked a strip loin to grill and there were plenty of beautifully marbled and thick cut on purchase, tender and flavorful once grilled. Also bought sourdough bread and a cinnamon bun. All were delicious. Highly recommended!

Nice place to have lunch, but dinner is their specialty, lunch is light, good sandwiches, the roast beef was super good, their wine too, super relaxed environment and friendly staff. Also they sell meat, fresh. Recommended spot.

The donuts are absolutely mouthwatering and they don't disappoint once you take your first bite. I always cross my fingers when I come, their donuts run out fast so I was beyond excited to find a new batch just ready for the taking! My favorite is the cinnamon, not too sweet but just enough to have another bite until it's all gone.

Furley has a great atmosphere, and the food is incredible. The sourdough bread is unreal, and you can buy fresh loaves to take home (which I did). The donair sausages were so good I bought some of those to take home as well! All that, plus an extensive wine list and amazing service, I'll definitely be going back again soon.

Furleys is a one of a kind place that really embodies community. Hudson is very lucky to have them ♡

Not sure where to begin. I've attached the menu, of which we ordered roughly 80% of the items because we simply couldn't stop ordering & eating. Every dish was a surprise and uniquely assembled. You'll be eating local lamb from the eastern townships to cheese from a farm 2 miles away. Local goodness prepared but some skillful chefs. Wishing this husband and wife owner tandem much success. Wait for it.... this is the best restaurant I've ever eaten at! Mic drop...

I found the place while driving in Hudson, and it's the type of hidden gem that gives you the little pleasures of life. The donuts were just tasty beyond my imagination.

From the shop to the restaurant Furley is a truly special place. The shops newly expanded space has fresh bread and pastries, grass-fed & free range butcher-shop, private import wines, epic coffee and sandwiches. The restaurant's menu changes every month but you can be sure to always have the famous fried artichokes and green salad on there at all times (winning combo btw). Shaun and Julie have created an incredible spot in Hudson that we are lucky to have and experience.

What a great meal, and great atmosphere! I had the steak and frites, which was amazing, but the salads were equally stunning. Fabulous attention to detail, great wine pairing, and the Old Fashioned cocktail was PERFECT too. Highly recommend this gem of a place.

Intimate, exceptional and one of a kind experience. Furley never disappoints. From the atmosphere to the service and of course the food! Our meal was incredible and the wine is always on point. The perfect evening out in Hudson!

Warm, friendly and intimate locale featuring creative renditions of classic cuisine featuring ingredients from the best local purveyors. Great service and a well curated wine selection. Best dining in Hudson, hands down.

Delicious baked bread and sweets, super friendly staff, great selection of meats and cheeses and wines to-go. Great meals in the summer and sometimes they have prepared food to-go in the winter. Great freezer meals selection also - all homemade. Highly highly recommend!

I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing Furley from two perspectives.

Firstly, as a local farmer and producer of fine, exotic mushrooms.

Secondly, as a customer with a serious appetite for great food.

Regardless of which role I’m assuming, when I walk in to Furley I am greeted kindly, I’m served promptly and my day is made more special :)

Sean, Julie and their team take great pride and make an enormous effort to source high quality, local ingredients
and bring out the best of them in each dish. It’s always great to see our mushrooms being prepared in new ways.

Excellent little Hudson spot. Hidden kind of in an alleyway it feels cozy and private. The food was incredible, fresh bread, specialty cheeses and various other dishes. We were a large group so we actually got one of everything and enjoyed it ALL. Plus their menu can change seasonally or depending on the market making it a pleasure to return over and over again!

From the overall decor to the delicious food and private import wines they have on offer - everything you will encounter at Furley's is top notch. The owners and their staff are not only courteous, they'll make you feel like a special guest. The food is unbelievably delicious and full of creativity, yet dishes are unpretentious and packed with simple flavors - leaving the starring role to the fresh locally sourced produce. If you don't have time to sit down and eat a meal, pass by anyway and grab yourself some of the best cuts of meat you'll ever have the pleasure to prepare for yourself.

Hudson (and surroundings) is lucky to have a place like this. Focus on quality, local products and a few higher end imports gives a great balance of variety. We have only experienced this place as more of a grocery store but it's become a staple part of our grocery runs. Awesome place, keep up the good work!
