I just wanted to share my experience at MacLang In Sundridge!

The staff at Mac Lang Sundridge went above and beyond to satisfy our family’s needs. Their pricing was better than any local dealerships and many other non local dealerships, I flew 3 hours and drove back 12.5 just to be able to buy at their dealership with the amazing sales team.

Brett the salesman was a pleasure to deal with, He was somebody I immediately felt a good connection with and had no doubts in trusting him with this large purchase. He stayed in contact the whole time while I was just looking through the entire purchase process. When I had a question he was prompt to answer and quick to ease any concerns I had. My dad sold cars for 30 years and so I’ve met many car salesmen and saleswomen over my lifetime. Brett de Peuter is an outstanding sales rep and ambassador for the Chrysler brand!

Their Business Manager Dodi Malley was also a pleasure to work with! Dodi was so sweet to me and my daughter even buying my daughter a wonderful present of some great children’s items to make the experience that much more special for my little one and our family. this was another outstanding example of the ideal car purchasing experience and I have bought several cars throughout my lifetime. Working with Dodi was a great experience she made sure to keep in contact through the whole purchase process and was there to address any and all concerns.

When I arrived in Sundridge they treated me like family and stayed open late for my arrival due to flight delays. I was presented with our new van and a very wonderful thoughtful gift bag with balloons for my daughter and assisted to get on the correct highway home.

Outstanding service and truly a great experience!

The last mention was their driver Norman, He picked me up at the airport after a long flight in a small plane and several delays in fact 4 hours late. Another shining example of great customer care from the moment I arrived until when I was brought to the dealership. Norman was great company and offered some good conversation on our way from the Airport to the dealership. It’s staff like Norman that complete the purchase process with ease and this compliments the whole experience!!!

Overall great experience when we purchased our new truck. Both Brett and Kate were helpful and patient when it came to my million and one questions and 9 times out of 10 they'd have an answer. If they didn't, they were prompt with one. Will definitely be going back when we shop for our next vehicle.

I totaled my car and was basically stranded with my son, 3 hrs from home. I knew I was going to need a new vehicle one way or another so instead of renting and dealing with all that, I went to see them about a new used vehicle and they were terrific.
Dave B and Dodi helped me thru the purchase process and were very Honest and helpful. No salesman upsell, insincere sincerity or anything like that. They understood what I needed and made it easy. Everyone I met or had any interaction with there were fantastic.

I recently bought a vehicle here and it was an absolutely stellar purchasing experience in every way! The salesman I dealt with (Brett de Peuter) was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous, and he took the time to patiently answer all of my questions (over a two-week period)! On top of this, and a very good deal on a new, 2021 Jeep Wrangler, he and Dodi Malley (the business manager who handled the paperwork end of the deal), met me at the dealership on a Sunday to sign the paperwork and to pick up the Jeep, as Sunday was the only day that worked for me. That's customer service! I give Brett, this dealership, and his entire team five stars and a thumbs up for their exceptional service! My Ram truck needed to be towed, the service department dealt with the problem in a timely fashion and Jason Mahon , my salesperson brought down another truck for me to use while I waited for repairs. I can’t thank you enough for your years of service.

I usually hate the whole experience of buying a new car always trying to figure out the best deal and haggling. I got an online quote in minutes of asking. I still haven't heard from the other dealers I requested a quote from. Drove up to the dealer they had two vehicles ready for us to test drive. Once we picked we were in and out quickly and picked up our new jeep the next day. Very good buying experience. Loved dealing with Kate Dodi and Sheila

Was in a pinch when local hardware store had no tire repair kits. Mac Lang got it repaired no problem short notice on a Saturday. Service staff and techs friendly would recommend.

We explained our problem with our PT Cruiser and we were treated with respect, no talking down to us.
They checked the car out promptly, fixed the problem, and the bill was half what we expected.
Excellent service, far better than West End Motors in Huntsville, they talked to my husband and myself on two different occasions like we were idiots.
They could learn a lot about customer service from Mac Lang!

Definitely worth making the drive from North Bay. They are 100% better to deal with than Farquhar, who I was making the mistake of doing business with originally.
