My boyfriend and I stopped in on route to our air b&b. While debating on our purchase, we met Rob.... an employee there. It was nice to meet someone as friendly as him.
He made us laugh. What a great welcome to a new town 😀

Better selection than most stores in the big city. Park on front or out back. Or side street. Avoid peak times from Cottager mayhem. Nice staff.

Staff was spectacular even with the place rammed and line up was to the back but all the cashes were open and they were just crushing the line in no time. Overheard the floor staff being pulled in every direction but they were still cool, super friendly, and had great advice. Impressive for how busy it was!

The service we received from the lady on the checkout was 1st class. We were the last customers on the day, so I'm sure you will be able to find out who she was, to pass on our positive feedback and give her a big well done (and a few extra bucks)

Surprised by the excellent service. Cashier Trista (I think) was awesome and suggested we pull around back to load our larger order rather than lugging it across the street. She was funny & engaging despite mask protocols etc - I didn't even know you could get outstanding service at an LCBO. Very pleasant surprise.

110% I do not shop at the LCBO often but I had to pickup a bottle for a cake topper and the employee made it her personal mission to help me. We didn't find exactly what I was looking for but we found something that would work. You do not find customer service like that much anymore. The cake turned out fantastic. Thank you 🥰

My favourite franchise...😯🤣. Good stock (tho....maybe work on that scotch diversity...KIDDING....I know there are supply-chain issues.). Staff are always friendly
