Alissa is by far the best person I've ever gotten my nails done by. She is very talented and makes the appointments enjoyable with her company. Got my hair done by Jenn recently too and Emma in the past and have never been disappointed. 10/10

I have had the pleasure of getting my nails done by Alissa a couple times now and I have LOVED the results each time! She's very talented and knows what she's doing, and is extremely patient when you're not entirely sure what it is you want. I also just had my hair done by Danica and she did an AMAZING job, asking me what I wanted and talking me through what she was going to do. 10/10 will definitely be coming back to her as well as Alissa

Highly recommend Heaven Beauty Studio. I have had work done by a number of ladies in the salon and everyone is amazing. From the numerous different hair styles to the vivid colour I’ve had done, I am always beyond pleased with the work they do. Very friendly, professional, welcoming environment they truly make you feel like one of the gang.

Back in July was my first time ever getting my hair dyed and I absolutely loved how it turned out! I can’t find the pictures from that day now, but Jenn did a phenomenal job on my balayage.

Now to date, I have been there two times and both experiences exceeded my expectations.

I am such an indecisive person and Courtney found the perfect hairstyle for prom. An adorable half up half down braided bun! I was super excited. My balayage turned out amazing as well. There is not a single doubt that this is just the start of her abilities. She is so talented and knowledgeable.

I have not been able to meet the other girls at the salon but it is such a welcoming and warm environment, I would definitely recommend coming here. They are such lovely people.

Danika was great. My daughter did a hair straightening service and she really liked Danika, and she did a wonderful job. We were offered drinks and snacks and everyone was super friendly. We live close, but not in Sunderland - my daughter said she would like to keep going back, even for haircuts rather than just her annual Hair Botox treatment. We'll be back!

I visited Haven for the first time a few weeks ago; it was recommended to me by a friend who's daughter recommended it to her. Three very happy new clients. I had the pleasure of meeting Jenn. Not only is she great at what she does but she's also a really cool person to talk to. Great experience all around, I will definitely be back.

Love this place! A friend recommended this studio and I had an appointment today. There was parking right outside the door and I was greeted quickly. My stylist, Jenn, gave me a really great haircut. The shoppe is very elegant, with a faux leather white sofa to relax on and a somewhat rustic but very stylish cutting area. I have had my haircut at some pretty pricey and fancy salons in Toronto, and I think I enjoyed this experience of a small town very talented hair stylist much more.

Beautiful work as always, done by the wonderful Emma! She always seems to know what I want and gives me the best advice about products and care. I always leave feeling lighter and more confident. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair. I drive all the way from Barrie just to see her. I last visited in October and the environment was very clean and friendly, masks were worn, but I could tell everyone still had a smile on their faces. I hope to be able to come back soon. Miss you wonderful ladies <3

Always a great experience, professional service that is reasonable. Haven is such a friendly atmosphere, the whole team is amazing and I wouldn’t get my hair done anywhere else. They also did the hair for my wedding party and did such a great job and made the day extra special! So nice to have such a hidden gem in the area.

We just moved to Sunderland and I was looking for a good hairdresser without having to “drive down the road” I’ve been twice now too Jenn. First appt was to help me decide on a new haircut. 2nd time was a colour and trim. Love my new hairstyle and colour. Made an appointment for next month!

Had an amazing experience at this salon.
It was warm and friendly inside. My hairdresser, Emma, was able to transform my musty, dusty and crusty lockdown hair into something beautiful (didn't think it could be done!) The prices were more than reasonable and I will definitely go back there again!

Such a good salon. Love it there. Everyone is so great and nice. I take my 4 year old son there as well and they make him so comfortable.

I got a great hair cut from Angel on Tuesday and have booked another in Dec. Angela always makes me laugh. It was a great experience, Angela put me at ease right away and the whole appointment was awesome. See you in December.

Alissa is wonderful, professional and skilled in personal relationship skills. The atmosphere in the salon is warm f riendly and I LOVE IT!!

My hairstylist Angela was incredible, and was extremely knowledgable, especially when it came to my very fine hair. The place is very clean, and I was offered a tea or coffee when I entered. Everyone was very friendly. Highly recommend and I will be back!

Brought my 8 year old daughter here with 2 of her little friends to get their nails done as a birthday gift. Alissa did an outstanding job of making each girl feel special and pampered, even with their barely contained excitement and energy. She patiently painted a rainbow of colours for each of them and we headed out of the salon knowing where we will visit again should we need our hair or nails done in town!
