Robert the owner has turned this little pharmacy back into the hometown gem it deserves to be! Thanks for the hard work and bringing us back a store we can trust and rely on!

The Store has EVERYTHING ... great gift items! As of 2023 there is a new owner/pharmacist, Robert. He is delightful and very helpful.

This was my pharmacy for four years. Their hours are short and they're closed on Sunday but I'm proud to support a business that practices healthy work life balance. I was surprised such a small town pharmacy does have an online refill through the guardian app/website. Keep up the great work!

I was in a bind the other day, I was at work and my husband was home with our sick baby and his truck had broke down that morning. She continued to throw up and was in need of gravol. I was out of town at work in a tax office so I called the Sunderland Guardian and John, the owner, answered the phone. He immediately sent a staff member out to my home and delivered the much needed gravol. I offered to pay a delivery fee and he wouldn't except it. Exceptional customer service. I will always give him ur business. Thanks John and thank you to your staff member who brought it to our home. Much Appreciation to you both!

Yesterday was the first time I've used this pharmacy. The pharmacist was super helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend :)

Who closes entirley every sunday when your the only pharmacy in sunderland? The only pharmacy within a half hour radius? Doesnt seem like they care about their customers, closes too early aswell, people coming home from work have no chance to get their perscriptions. Drug stores shouldnt be closed sunday, people need their perscriptions, this is rediculous.

Guy who runs this place is very uncooperative and makes up his own rules in relation to Govt programs including, who he will give a flu shot (even if you are paying, claims he does not know a price for the shot!!!). Went to the pharmacy in Shoppers at Uxbridge and got the flu shot without any issue. Save yourself the time and go to Uxbridge!

Called ahead to ensure they had what we needed to fill our prescription. They confirmed that they did so we drove 30 mins to go there. When we got there, they didn't have it. What a collosal waste of time. Not sure if this guy is a liar or just inept but I don't like wasting my time driving around with a new born baby. Thanks for nothing!
