GoodLife Fitness Truro Queen and Elm

Was recently in Truro and had a nice experience at the GoodLife Fitness there. All the stations were clean and in good working condition, there was always plenty of spray and towels for wiping down equipment. Anytime I was there, there were never any issues with waiting for equipment. If I was in the area again I would not hesitate to go back there.

This is a great gym. There's lots of equipment for whatever type of workout you're looking to complete on a given day, and the community of people that train there seem to be friendly. I liked the vibe here.

Also, the individual working the front desk while I was there...I think it was Satie (I hope I'm getting that right) was super friendly and I noticed her greeting a majority of members by name - can't beat that.

This is the place to train if you're in Truro.

I have enjoyed very much for over a year now working out at 🏋 🚴‍♂GoodLife in Truro🏃‍♂. The gym is large 🦾 and very clean. The gym manager, Debbie, can be seen on many occasions leading the way in house keeping and sanitizing equipment. Seeing Debbie lead the way shows that she has heart ❤ and cares for the community that embodies her gym 🏋‍♂🥇.
In my time that I have been a member I have seen that we all have our own unique story but very similar goals that bind us into the strong 💪 community we are. Both the members and the staff are excellent, friendly and always leave you feeling better about yourself. The Truro location really earns the name GoodLife!

Clean gym, equipment is well placed, lots of Cardio machines. Paper towel/spray is always stocked. Great experience so far compared to other GoodLife locations I’ve attended. I wish they were open later, though!

I love it not only an awesome place to work out but it is 24/7 gym, Very convenient.

open 24 hrs means you can enter the club any day anytime : ) It is STAFFED Mon-Thur 7am-8pm Fri 7-4:30 & Sat 9-12 noon Sun Unstaffed. N.S has the age of majority set as 18 so if you are under 18, legally you can't be in the club when it is not staffed , sucks but that is N.S. law

Gym is very clean, staff are very friendly. Can get a bit crowded at peak times but overall great gym.

Nice place. Renovations to improve are good. Well maintained. 24h but unstaffed during off hours.
