Kent has always been my partner in building supplies since 2011. I have seen so many good workers and I specifically like the way they treat me especially that I am not white but Asian and who is not so much familiar with Canadian’s housing building stuff and weather related protection stuff. I learned so much all through the years that Kent has Less expensive cost compared to others. It is my go to!!! From floors to walls to bath accessories to lumber

Finally found what we needed for our bathroom shower, now the problem is that the shower adjustment bar will not hold the portable showerhead in place, this business is too far away to be able to take it back and beings the two local Kent's don't carry the same product we were able to get in Truro they won't change it for another, and we'd want one exactly like we got except one that doesn't slip down on the shower extension pole that we bought particularly for this purpose.

Had 2 pallets of wood pellets delivered this am. Young man used the boom and placed them within feet of where I was putting them in thru basement window. Thank you

Back again, I was thoroughly impressed with the cleanness of bathrooms. Talked Kat and thanked her for such an outstanding job. She obviously takes great pride in her work!!! Also Kristine helped me , she was professional, courteous and had a great deal of knowledge on the items. Really enjoyable, clean, helpful place. I’m so pleased once again with this company and ALL amazing people chosen to work there. Very impressive Kent!

I mostly only use the drive thru service here. Always fast and efficient. The lady at the booth is very friendly and helpful. It's an easy in and out every time when picking up items.

Great store lots of different products for your household needs. Pricing is high but where isn't it high nowadays. I would like to add that I was in the electrical section there is about five employees mingled around the lights laughing and having a good time while I'm walking up and down the aisles trying to find something and not one of them asked if they could help me. Just thought I would add that.

Bought counter top. Staff was super friendly and efficient. Thought I was buying a counter top, but got a vanity top . Didn't know there is a difference. Hope I can return it!

I only go to Kent's for all my projects. Prices are comparable to other Hardware/ Building Supplies in town. The staff is friendly and the associates will ask if there's anything they could help out with. Store is well laid out and easy to get around. I also purchase all my gardening supplies and there's always plenty of stock.

We were able to get some hard to find specialty LED light bulbs at a reasonable price and in stock at our local Kent’s. Very happy with selection and service.

Kent has a reputation of being very expensive. You can never find anyone to help you. Where are they? Hiding in the back? I only go there as a last resort, I don't need to wander up and down the aisles which never have shoppers in them. Does every feel the same? If you can't find it anywhere else you have to resort to Kent knowing you wil for sure pay more!

I love coming into kents ! The staff always ask you if they can help you find something and can answer all of your questions !

Kent is my go to store. I went through Kent to install my Frigidaire Heat Pump. I got a great deal and the whole process went extremely smooth! Now I am having them install garden doors for my patio and again, they beat the competition price wise and I am sure the service will be equally as impressive. Thanks Kent!

Staff went way out of their way to help me get the product I needed. They were out of stock, so they called other stores, and then contacted the manufacturer to source for me. So appreciative; saved my reno!
