Canada Post New Westminster Delivery Depot

Extremely impressed with my experience...had a package that my friend miss addressed and I realized via monitoring the tracking number that it was to be returned to sender I went to the facility and though they were technically not open to public yet (they open at 10am I was there at 930) I rang the bell and was lucky that a staff member who happened to hear it opened the door and was able to help me. Definitely going above and beyond their required task and saving me loads of greif and my friend the cost of resending and both of us alot of stress. Canada post never let's me down with their quality employees!

Love my carrier. Wish there was a way to contact delivery depots directly to see if they are holding any mail for me.

Super serious at the job, however it makes sense so that scammers and low lifes dont try to get what's not theirs. Ultimately, the guys at the front were quite helpful.

Don’t know why this CP depot don’t get any love as I’ve dealt with them numerous times and they were always accommodating. The only negative experience is when they couldn’t deliver a heavier parcel to my doorstep given one of the main drivers was pregnant. Understandably.

Bunch of unionized lazy people, don't even think about complaining because they won't get fired. The manager here protects the useless employees, especially the supervisor here, he welcomed people to complaining about him because he knew he would get away with it.

Noting that most people work 9-5 jobs. How is ANYONE supposed to pick up their mail when they open at 10 and close at 2?!

I was receiving a package from Amazon through Canada Post and requested it be delivered to my front door.
On the day it was to arrive, I get an email message there was an attempted delivery at 9:27 am. I was home at the time and did not see the delivery agent come to my door. The delivery agent had carded the item before even attempting the delivery. I got another email message soon afterwards with a DNC number saying I had to pick it up at the post office.
At 11:30 am, I see the delivery agent just drop a DNC card into my mail box without my package.
The next day i call Canada Post complain but they kept making excuses about COVID19 being the reason for non delivery by the delivery agent. If COVID19 was the issue here why was the delivery agent not wearing a mask and gloves when touching the mail?

Canada Post, you need to do better. Your employees make more than Amazon drivers who at least
attempt to deliveries and work way harder.

Just got home today and found this folded in our mail box. FOLDED. It clearly says, DO NOT BEND. Inside this envelope that one of your staff has bent and crammed into our mail box is a government/legal document. Shame on your sloppy, uncaring staff. Whoever delivered this, you should be ashamed of yourself. If you don’t care about your job, it’s time for you to get another one. Hold your staff accountable for their actions please.

Getting magazines in the mail that were previously wrapped in plastic, now unwrapped and you can see that they were read by many people. During COVID i think this is not good at all.

They returned my package because i didn’t write the unit number while they could call me and ask unit number , now i should wait one week. so disappointing

They only use 2 hours to determine the package's address and owner. After 2 hours, they said "o, it's belong to no one", so they sent my package back!!!

Someone named Gloria called and left a message saying that someone is knocking to deliver my item but i opened the door no one was there🤔

Terrible service Canada post should be shut down what a waste of money
