This is the one and only dry cleaning unit which I had been using since 6 years as they had never put me down their services n customer understanding and pricing n over all everything is beyond words keep up the good work

If I could give negative stars I would. I gave punjabi silk suit to be dry cleaned. Came back one size smaller and with holes in it. I had to make three trips to get back my clothes because she kept making excuses. They knew they ruined my clothes but each trip I made kept saying they had machine malfunctions stating it would take a couple more days. Could have been honest they ruined it instead of making me also waste my gas. Should have read the reviews before giving my clothes here because clearly they do not know what they are doing. Looks like my clothes were placed in a normal washing machine and I was charged double for it.

I had a suit I needed dry cleaned and dropped it off. When I picked the suit up the buttons were all broken and the suit had shrunk a size.

I wanted my coat cleaned on two spots but mostly I wanted it mended along the collar and buttons tightened they told me a week, got it back wasn't clean wasnt mended. Asked for them to redo their job because it cost 35$ for absolutely nothing to happen. Another week goes by, my coat is now clean and my buttons are still loose and my collar looks botched. Do not use them, they over charge you for them to do nothing.

These people are Crooks!

Brought my Daniadown Premiere summer quilt here one Saturday morning because my cat had just peed on it. I explained the stain but wasn't given a couple hour clean I was told to pick it up Wednesday at 17:00. Life happened and I did not get the opportunity to pick up my blanket until Friday. She brought it to me in a sealed bag and mentioned she couldn't get one little stain out but that she could rewash it for more money and try a special treatment. It was only a small stain maybe the size of a nickle. I figured that had happened long enough for whatever it was to set and really didn't care, paid and left. Threw the Clean bag on the bed and left for a two day vacation, get home open my bad and all I can smell is cat pee. THEY NEVER EVEN WASHED IT. Now the stain is over a week old!! Went to get money back was thrown out of store. Expensive lesson learned for me but if you read this and get to save your money, time and headaches then maybe Karma will balance.

If I could give less than 1 star I would - as per another review I saw, these slackers never even washed my dang blankets. You had one job dry cleaners... One job. I received an astonishing $160 bill for 6 unwashed blankets... Lazy cheap owners and employees

The few times that I've used this company they've left me very frustrated. Right now I have a wedding to be at instead of getting myself ready I am sitting in front of their business it is now 10:45 they were to open at 10a.m. I was unable to pick them up last night because they decided to close a half hour early as well. so I guess the moral of the story is if you want sub par service go to this place..
