We had a major flood in our apartment at the beginning of the year. Pro carpet was on site immediately, they were professional, thorough and the quality of their work was excellent. Can’t thank them enough for their hard work.

I mostly worked with Jaysen who was fantastic! He was there when we really needed him, and demonstrated his skills and knowledge when it came to what needed to be done and went above and beyond for us as far as quality service goes, I've dealt with a few other companies in the industry and I have to say this one has been by far the very best. I would reccomend them to anyone who is in need of carpet care and restoration.

The best carpet cleaning company I ever used during my 20 plus years in Property Management. They also provide emergency response and repairs due to flooding, fires etc. Good company, great people and fantastic results.

Just used them for the offsite cleaning of an area rug. Pickup was quick and easy and people were polite and efficient. Recommended!
