I cant thankyou you enogh for helping my daughter and her 3 kids. April 11 at 730pm you helped her with one of her son who said his ankle was hurt.
You not only checked his foot you showed them fire hall and then paid for taxi home.
My daughter is deaf and you had a member that new some sign language.
I just want to thank you for helping her and her children.

Took them over half an hour to help a man in distress from being pepper sprayed. Not sure if they are understaffed or something is wrong w/RCMP calling for medical support too late. Needlessly blasts sirens and air horns in the middle of the night. We know you need to save lives, and to do so safely... but you can probably do it without needing to wake everyone up at 2AM... At the end of the day, would still count on these guys no matter what, but there's room for a lot of improvement.

I don't understand the need to turn on the siren in the middle of the night when the road is very empty. Do you think you are saving lives? You are killing people by disturbing their sleep. I don't know what emergency is worth turning on your siren because from my long observation you tend to return not long after.

When it's on a very late night and the street is empty, is turning on the siren really necessary? I want some sleep.

The siren is way too loud, reached all the way to 36th floor
