Quay Dental Centre is the best dental office I have been to!! All of the hygienists are thorough and very friendly. They know that I get anxious and always ensured that I felt comfortable and relaxed. Dr. Pentzke is very thorough in her exams and doesn't recommend unnecessary work like many other dental office's do. You can be certain that money will never take precedence over your care here. The front desk is competent and responds to inquires quickly. They are a true family clinic (many of the staff are family themselves!) and they make you feel like you are a part of their family. I have sadly moved away and haven't been able to find another dental office that even compares.

Dr karla and her team are the best. My kids love to go there, they don’t feel fear, they are comfortable with them. I recommend this place for you and your family

This is a family practice and they make their patients feel like family too. Dr. Pentzke is very warm and gentle and explains the process and reasons for her work. The hygienists remember me and make me feel comfortable. They are all very skilled and friendly here. Two free parking spots reserved out front makes it easy, since the rest of the parking lot is paid. They take care of the paper work for my insurance benefits too. My family of 4 have had the following services from Quay Dental: crowns, fillings, root canals, bonding, Invisalign, general cleanings, x-rays, night guards. I would definitely recommend this Dental Office!

Dr Karla Pentzke’s husband helped me with a cleaning treatment. It was only today I had found out by complete accident after receiving a phone call from another dental clinic who explained that patients who are on PWD like myself, should have 100% coverage but they actually don’t. The government only pays dentists who see ministry patients 180 dollars of the usual 420(approximate) fee which means that this dentist covered the difference in fees out of pocket for my visit. This is unacceptable for the government and only goes to show what an amazing dentist and human being this man is! Thank you so much and just wow!

This dental clinic is amazing! Not only the staff is extremely friendly but they are knowledgeable and efficient. I can't recommend it enough!

Dr. Pentzke and her assistant are wonderful. I am 71 and in all my years I have never experienced a dentist who provides such profound gentleness, diligence and professional consistency. I have been to see her at least 4 different times from root canals to tooth refurbishing. Being one of her patients is a totally relaxing and comfortable experience. The Best of the Best.

This was my first time visiting the Quay Dental Center. I was able to schedule an appointment only 2 days out. Everyone was very friendly, the whole cleaning/x-ray process was explained thoroughly and the hygienist had a very gentle touch. I wasn't offered or suggested a bunch of extra cosmetic procedures that I didn't need, which has been an issue in the past when I visited a new dental clinic. Highly recommended!

Incredible experience from both Dr. Pentzke and Kate (hygienist).
Kate was so gentle and kind, truly the best hygiene experience I’ve had, no pain or discomfort whatsoever. I was terribly anxious for my appointment but within minutes I was falling asleep in the chair, it was such a relaxing experience. She explained techniques and tips clearly, that was much appreciated.
Dr. Pentzke has restored (no pun intended) my faith in dentistry! She was with me every step of the way, and very informative. I was a nervous wreck about dental treatment but my experience with Dr. P was very pleasant. And not to mention completely painless!!! Usually I’m wincing from the needle but I felt nothing at all. And her CDA, Cat, was so quick with the x-rays, no pinching. They’re a great team.
I never see reception getting recognition, which is unfortunate because the head receptionist certainly knew her stuff, I felt confident in what I was told and quoted. She’s lovely!

This is by far the best dental practice i have been to. Dr Pentzke is amazing at what she does and so kind, caring and honest. The team are always so accommodating and have always found time to see me in an emergency. I am so happy to have found Dr Pentzke and her dental practice.
