I first meet Assad a few years ago when I was curious but not serious about buying a new vehicle, we talked for a while and I’m sure he knew I wasn’t serious about buying a car but he was more than happy to chat with me…..skip forward a few years and I need a vehicle, I remembered his hospitality and genuine personality so I go to his place again and buy a car from him. I couldn’t be more happy with my purchase I feel like I got a great vehicle without spending a fortune. I had a very minor issue with my car after I bought it and Assad true to his word fixed it no questions asked when he was under no obligation to do so. I’ll be going back to him soon to buy a work truck and have recommended him to many people.

We purchased a very good SUV from Assad about 5 months ago. The process is very smooth and easy, as they arrange for ICBC to attend on site to finalize the licensing. He did all the paperwork for us to transfer our old vehicle to our friend, which was a big relief. His cars are typically covered by a warranty. We had something that needed to be fixed, and the warranty covered the costs. Assad's commitment to service is genuine. He is a pleasure to deal with and treats the customer fairly.

Had a wonderful experience here with Assad. I saw a GMC Sierra he had posted online and wanted to go check it out. He was extremely prompt with his reply and the next day I was able to go take a look. He was extremely welcoming and answered the many (and I mean many) questions I had, and provided me with plenty of information about the history of the truck. Assad remains your "go to" person whenever you have any problems with your car. You do not need to call any 1-800 numbers or get bounced from one customers service to another. You just call Assad. One call. If this is a warranty issue, he takes responsibility and organizes everything (including a replacement vehicle if needed). If it is a check up or some unexpected repair, he connects you with the best mechanic shop where your problem will be fixed fast and well.
I bought my Prius at Silver Fox several years ago and whenever I need help or advice, Assad is there for me. He genuinely cares. And I trust this friendly, positive, helpful man.

This place is a good choice for used car shopping. I recently bought an SUV from SilverFox, in good shape and at significant savings due to rebuilt status. The experience was very positive. There is no sale pressure, one can take his/her time to view and test drive the vehicles, and questions are patiently answered in reasonable time. I am no stranger to fixing cars - the repairs on three car I bought were done locally, quality of which appear decent and comprehensive, and cars are indeed inspected with report provided. Negotiating a deal is not tricky or time wasting but productive and backed up with information. The business is clean and professional. I recently purchased my 2009 Dodge Ram from Assad, from the moment i turned up he was super friendly and welcoming, upront straightaway about a few issues he had found and the plan to fix them. We had a leisurely test drive for almost an hour. Assad was just awesome to do business with and i bought the truck there and then. One of the things that I least like doing is purchasing a car from an auto dealer, however I was pleasantly surprised with my recent truck purchase at Silver Fox. Assad was extremely helpfull, provided me with all the information that I required, and even held the vehicle for me until I could travel to the dealership 3 days later.
