Nice store ! Kinda pricey but they do have quality products. Same part I could have gotten it online for $8.99 with free shipping. I got it at Cap’s because I support the last of the great bike shops.
I hope in the future they can become a bit more competitive with the online world. Great shop. Awesome staff. Lots of free parking.

David and his team were awesome to work with. We bought our son a bike here a few years ago and came back because we loved the service. This time, our experience was even better. The team here is so passionate about what they do, everyone is friendly and seems happy to be at work. They took the time to help us find the right bike and fit. Extremely happy with this service, wouldn’t buy a bike anywhere else!

This shop is A1. The people that work here are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and take the time to ensure the repairs are done right. They set the expectations right from the beginning on the time line and I was not surprised by anything they told me. Very impressed with the options in children's bikes and when I asked if they would fix a bike I got from Walmart I was not turned away like I was at other bike shops that only fix the bikes they sell. Very friendly service

First experience with purchasing a bike from south shore cycles, and it was a great one! They were able to install a few additional components I wanted same day!

Now I've been going to Rob (Bike Fitter) for most of 2020 with two bikes... that just did not seem to work with my body measurements. Low and behold Rob set me up with the BEST fitting bike I've ever had!

Rob Wright at Bike Fit Solutions did an amazing job of fitting me and matching me to a bike in my size and price range. No pressure but pure skill and knowledge and customer service. Would recommend anyone and everyone to use his service and this bike shop. Its a relationship and not just a purchase.

I had a great experience here at Cap's Sourh shore cycle. Their team appropriately tailored a bike to my returning-to-riding-after-a-6-year-hiatus needs.

They gave a speedy timeline to making 2 cycles, and being ready to ride, in order to accommodate a family holiday. Additional support was given while addressing my concerns regarding safety gear and storage within my living quarters. Their team gave a crash course on how to setup a bike rack on our car.

Really recommend over some of the bigger retail stores with cycles to the side.

Rob is the most knowledgeable and friendly bike salesman I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend a custom bike fit from Rob to get the most out of your bike.

Went in to purchase a new chain for my bike. I asked if they would be able to install it for me, and without hesitation they fit me into their busy schedule. Isaac not only installed my chain, but cleaned my gears and explained everything that he was doing. The manager, David, was extremely friendly and helpful, and walked out around the counter to open the door for me as I was leaving. You just don't get this kind of service anymore! Highly recommend them.

I recently moved to Vancouver and needed a replacement for my old car. Issac, David, Sam and Dustin are all amazing. I just got my first electric bike here. Issac helped me kit out the bike and made the whole process very easy.

They recommended me exactly what I needed and didn't upsell me. Honestly, it was really was a great experience. Everyone here has great customer service and I cannot stress this point enough, they're locally and family owned and care about you as a customer.
