I've been having my hair done by Lindsey for about 4 years and it's been the best hair of my life (and the healthiest!). Her consultations are so thorough and I feel like she really understands my concerns, challenges and what I want to achieve with my hair. I love spending time in her chair, she's so welcoming and open it feels like meeting up with a friend you've known forever.

She also has fantastic product knowledge and has really helped me improve the health of my hair.

You can really tell that Lindsey loves what she does and pours her heart into her craft. I can't wait for my next visit!

Love this place, but always completely satisfied with their curly haircuts! They are constantly learning to do better and improving their skills and the owner is just an awesome person! Been here a few times for a cut throughout the past two years and I am always amazed by the quality of service and skills and their quest for learning! Never dissatisfied!

Yesterday, I had the pleasure of visiting Sage at Zoom Hair Studio for balayage, and I couldn't be happier with the results!
Not only her expertise and attention to detail are outstanding but also her calm and friendly demeanor made the entire experience enjoyable.
Also, I wish to praise the front desk lady for her warm and welcoming service. The complementary cup of tea and chocolate were a delightful touch that added to the overall positive impression.
I wholeheartedly recommend Sage to anyone looking for a skilled and talented stylist.

Not just another regular neighborhood salon. My experience today at Zoom was inviting from the moment I walked in the door greeted by the resident dog to the extensive tea menu on offer. Natalia expertly transformed my dull, grey streaked hair into something lustrous and beautiful. Downtown results close to home! win-win.

Lovely salon and people. There is a booking option for silent vs chatting services. Raven did an excellent job on my hair - she was the first stylist I’ve ever had to ask if I want the hair all the same length when pushed in front of the shoulders. I’d never considered it before but wow, this made a HUGE difference and looks so much better! She’s a very thoughtful and talented stylist, I recommend.

I got my fine, flat hair done about a week ago by Andie, and now when I have lived with it for some time, I must say I couldn’t be happier. It has so much character and it air dries so nicely, for the first time in like 6 months I actually want to keep my hair down because the layers in my wavy hair show and it’s finally not flat. Can’t wait to go back!

My first time today at Zoom for a cut, babylights and low lights. I have aging thin, baby fine hair with old bleach and low lights, and grey and brown roots. I saw Ivy, and am happy with what I walked out with. Will definitely be keeping her as my stylist. Super nice girl too. If you have fine, thin hair and need color correction, I strongly recommend Ivy. Worth every penny spent.

I’ve been coming here for a while now for haircuts and regularly get their smoothing system, but here to write a review because my last haircut, with raven, is just literally the BEST ever. She took the time to help me make up my highly indecisive mind, gave me really amazing tips on how to make it look both straight and curly with minimal effort, my hair falls exactly the way I want it now - this is the place these are the people ❤

Sayge has been my stylist for 2 years now. She starts by discussing my requirements and proposing a few options. It always feels like a teamwork. She always shows me at regular intervals as to what she is doing with my hair so I feel at ease. She is cautious to not cut too much and not give me too many layers as my hair is quite wavy. The way she cuts my hair gives me a whole spectrum- I can play with tools and styling or just air-dry and achieve a pleasant look. The staff are friendly and professional.

I love zoom! I have been seeing Ivy for the past year to go from a fried burnt mess from a hair accident at a previous salon, to what I have now! I went from mousy brunette to a bright copper. It looks breathtaking in real life. I get stopped on the street for compliments daily when I get my hair done. absolutely worth it!

Had a great first experience having my hair cut by Andie! She was super friendly and welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. She listened to my concerns/problem areas with my hair and was really clear in explaining what she wanted to do, and the cut/style turned out even better than I had gone in expecting! Definitely recommend checking out the salon and I know I’ll be going back :)

Andie at zoom is amazing! I’ve had two cuts and a colour by her and my hair has never looked better. The salon clearly takes their training seriously. I have curly/wavy, thick and long hair and I was wonderfully pleased to hear that they all recently received their curly cuts training. I’m already looking forward to my next cut :)

I went to Zoom Hair Studio for the first time today for a cut and style with Andie. I was really unhappy with the condition of my long hair and worried about having to chop off too much length. Andie listened to me and gave me great advice and overall lifted my spirits. I left feeling and looking great.

I came here for their high ratings. My hair is naturally curly and I had some dissatisfying hair cuts before. So I'm quite picky to choose a hair salon/studios. Zoom Hair Studio didn't fail my expectation. Andie was my stylish and her mentor was Natalia. I came there hoping for a transforming cut - about chin-length razor bob but. While washing my hair, Andie said something about that she'd cut my hair right since she also has naturally curly hair and also experienced disappointing haircut before. I was cheerful yet was not expecting too much as honestly it was my first time with this studio. During the whole cutting and styling process, Andie showed her dedication to her job by constant consulting with her mentor - Natalia and carry out her cut as advised. I'm grateful for these ladies for their knowledges about hair and their skills. Natalia has lots of experience and aesthetic advice and she's willing to share with Andie to give me the best haircut. Andie was willing to learn from Natalia and then cut and styled my hair the best she can. The way they worked together gave me a good impression about the whole team at Zoom Studio - a group of creative and talented hairdressers who are willing to learn new things and do their best for their customer. Natalia and Andie's idea eventually turned out to surprise me with strong curls I've never seen before on my hair. They brought new joy to me through that haircut. I’ve been going here for quite some time now and have always had a positive experience. I recently received a haircut from Sayge and she did such an amazing job. I highly recommend going to her if you’re looking for a new hair stylist! She’s super sweet and made the entire experience super fun.

I came here to fix a haircut from a different place and I was booked in with Sayge. I am SO happy with my cut. It’s one of the best cuts I’ve ever had for my hair texture. She did such an an extensive consultation and really took her time through the appointment. She even showed me how to style my hair properly (I have curly/wavy hair and it’s always been a challenge). So happy to have found her!!

Everyone is so friendly here and the quality of service is fantastic. I had Andie for a cut and colour and she’s amazing! I love how she considered my preferences, and also offered suggestions that would suit my warm undertones and fine hair. Andie is the first stylist I’ve seen who has taken my colour preferences to heart, and I’m so happy with the results! Thank you for making it easy to look forward to my next appointment!!

For the first time in my life I tried a new salon and I really liked the result from the first visit! I have a very fine hair and I am always very scared to make any changes in order not to make it even worse. Ivy did a great job giving me her opinion and advice. She also did a great haircut so my hair looks volumized and nicely shaped. I couldn't stop looking at myself in the mirror for the whole day. Definitely will come back!

I had the BEST experience ever at zoom hair studio, Ivy is very approachable and knowledgeable and super understanding with any concern you may have about your hair and I'm super grateful to have gotten my hair done by her and I was able to leave the salon smiling with my fresh look😁
