NAPA AUTOPRO - Khaos Diesel Performance & Repair

The guys here did a really nice job when i brought my truck in to install mud flaps. Did it properly. Found the mud flap deletes for these Chevrolet/GMC factory atrocious ones.

I recently took my 21 Duramax in for a full delete with a few other concerns. They went Above and beyond all my expectations. The experience was very positive, and every single person I dealt with, took the time to talk to me and educate me about what was going on.

I Couldn’t be more thrilled with how the truck is running, or how I was treated Throughout the process. Complete professionals. Khaos will be the only company working on any of my vehicles in the future. It’s been a while since since I’ve been to a shop, where I felt like I was actually being taken care of, and not being taken advantage of.

Awesome group of people. They really care about their clients and provide amazing service. Hands down, the only place to bring your diesel for upgrades.

I can't say enough good things about this shop. I experienced a CP4 failure in my F350 and had it towed into Khaos. Quinton and Derek were extremely knowledgeable and great to work with. Nothing about diesel trucks is cheap but Khaos was about 30% less than the dealer cost and my truck is running like a dream.

We were evacuated due to forest fires and my father in law had an issue with his truck. The staff at Khaos Diesel got us in right away and allowed us use their Wifi and got us back on the road. They had bbq’d burgers for staff and fed us before we left too! Extremely clean and professional operation. Very helpful staff. Highly recommend this shop.

Couldn’t be happier with the service/repairs. Called earlier this week and spoke with Quinton. Explained the issue with my 08 duramax. He recommended a course of action for repair and explained everything throughly. Brought my truck in knowing how busy they were in the hopes they could get to it between other jobs. First thing I noticed was how clean and organized the shop/front office is. Had another chat with Quinton as I had more questions. He really took the time to answer everything, included extra helpful information about my truck and gave me a price for repairs. He advised they would do the best they could to get it in, but could make no promises for a repair date. Fortunately for me some parts were slightly delayed on another project and they were able to get my truck done. Picked it up today and reviewed what was done/repaired with Quinton. He walked me through everything they did, advised on some future maintenance issues I might want to consider and provided me a cost breakdown for what they did. The invoice was Exactly what he said it would be right from the beginning. No hidden costs or BS. Once I left the shop I crawled under the truck / popped the hood. The work they did looked awesome. Everything looked proper and put together well. Where they worked on the engine was clean and looked professionally assembled.

I heard glowing reviews in the diesel community about this shop. Bypassed all shops in Calgary to drive 3 hours each way to deal with Steve at this shop. I was beyond impressed, and he truly went above and beyond for me.

It’s hard to find customer service of this level these days. I wouldn’t hesitate to drive 6 hours again to deal with Steve in the future. Excellent service.

Took my truck in for a head gasket. I dealt with Stephen and Chris. They were no less than phenomenal the entire time. They were open, up front and honest and communicated with me sufficiently on what what going on throughout the process. I would recommend Khaos to anyone looking to have their diesel worked on. I was recommended by a good friend to check this place out. I am so glad I did!!! The owner (Steve) spent a generous amount of time going over my concerns I had with my vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle the mechanic that was working on my truck showed me the damage part that had to be replaced. I really appreciate it that! I will definitely be going back to Khaos Kustoms in the future👍

Owner is super friendly and very knowledgeable. Would give Khaos 10 stars if I could! My vehicles are always taken care of there. They really go above and beyond. Cassidy is amazing with paint, had my roof redone recently and you would never know it.

To be clear- this review has nothing to do with this business! But I wanted to spread the word. The name of this company is being used as a front for a property rental scam. Do not rent from any employee claiming to also work here, especially a "Ray or Roy Khaos". Be safe folks!

Got two truck deleted here and I’m amazed by the customer service and work done. The turn around time was quick and the staff was super friendly. Definitely go here for any diesel work

In desperate need at the start of something ugly the sincerity of Adam and those at Khaos, I'll be forever grateful for what you guys and ladies have done. They're isnt enough words to describe genuine heartfelt gratitude i have for those at Khaos.

Stephen has never done work for me but gave me a fair bit of guidance on the phone when I was swapping a 6.7 into my 99 cummins. Very knowledgeable guy.

This is my go to place for all my diesel repairs. There very knowledgeable on the Diesel motor world. I keep them on speed dial. They helped me with my 04 Cummins Motor when I had injectors issues.
I Recommend this place.

Exceptional work, knowledgeable staff. I had them install EFI Live and the results were night and day difference from my old programmer. Would definitely recommend Khaos
