I had my first visit today at this pharmacy and I will be going only here from now on. They are super informative and extremely helpful with your needs and the prices are reasonable.

I can’t say enough fantastic things about this pharmacy and their staff. They are always knowledgeable and helpful, not to mention kind and thorough. Every time I picked up a prescription, I felt 100% comfortable in understanding all the details of the script. If we still lived in the city, this would forever be my pharmacy.

Great place because of Mr. Marcos, he's the nicest, kindness individual who'll go to any lengths for his customers needs & requirements to make his customers have the best customer services with advice or a better alternative when it comes to Meds. I know I'm the lucky one. I was totally frazzled by the huge prices in RX's. I know Mr.Markos treats all his clients the same way, exceeds my expectations today. truly Mr. Markos is one of Gods gift to us... super thanks to you.. we most definitely need more individuals like him in our Neighbourhood, many appreciation for your generosity. This is honestly the best pharmacy my family and I have ever been to. When my mom's old pharmacy closed down and they transferred our files here, it was the best thing to ever happen. Marcos (owner) is so nice, friendly and helpful. He really cares for all his patients and you can see everyone loves him. They are very prompt with giving medications and special orders are handeled in a matter of days - no crazy waits because your health comes first.

I've also had the pleasure of dealing with some of the other pharmacists they are also lovely. Another thing is they always answer the phone! Don't you hate calling your pharmacy only to hear the phone ring over and over? Yeah that doesn't happen here. Awesome customer service.

10/10 experience so far, honestly. Everyone should make IDA Confederation their go-to pharmacy.

I am not usually the kind of person that writes reviews, but in this case I really feel the need to highlight the exceptional service I received here. It started when my regular pharmacy abruptly switched the brand of a medication I take without letting me know. I'm very sensitive to changes between brands; I generally have a very bad time for at least a few days when this happens. I'm also currently in the process of managing a large project at work, and can't afford to be down and out for a few days unexpectedly.

I called around a lot of different pharmacies to see if they carried the medication/brand I usually take. Most said no and they won't order it, one said they had it then proceeded to fill a prescription for the wrong brand.

When I called this pharmacy the pharmacist was honest that he didn't have it, but offered to order it for me. I was honestly touched that he would do that for me, someone who wasn't even a client at his pharmacy, when even my own pharmacy basically told me that's too bad but is the way it is.

Thanks to him I was able to get the medication I needed just as I ran out, and continued handling my project at work without losing a few days to an unexpected medication transition.

It's very rare to find people willing to go out of their way to help a stranger, and I was lucky enough to find one such person here. I'll be switching to this pharmacy in the future - excellent service and people who care about those they help deserve to be supported and rewarded.

Going to this pharmacy for over an year. Morcos is great guy and his team is just awesome. Always follow up for the collection of medicine. I have never heard no for any medicine. Even if they don’t have it they arrange it within 2 hours. Excellent Owner and the whole team.

Marco's goes above and beyond! This pharmacy promises great customer service and delivers sheer excellence in every facet of its services. The entire staff is knowledgeable polite, and extremely efficient. Best pharmacy I've ever been to and the most personalized service you'll ever receive.

Update: due to the pandemic, my medical appointments are over an hour away. My spouse picks up my prescriptions and drives to my appointments from this pharmacy. They have been so kind and diligent over the phone in helping me fill last minute prescriptions. Sometimes the distance is worth it! I only wish my grandmother had pharmacists like the ones working here to help her during the pandemic. Hope other pharmacys can replicate the work ethic and interpersonal skills as this one.

We have been going to Parkside pharmacy for almost 5 years and MORCOS and his team never let us down. Always always helpful with prescriptions, professional advices, advicing alternates for medicines and what not.
We have moved to Milton but still prefer going to him for our medicines.

I have been going to this pharmacy for about 5 years. I don’t go anywhere else. The owner Marcos is extremely helpful and answers all my questions. I highly recommend this pharmacy. Love the fact that they deliver my prescription. I am happy I found this pharmacy
