Metro Plus Cité des Jeunes

One of the best grocery stores in Gatineau in terms of quality. Very high quality products, very fresh and unique items and delicious prepared meals. Highly experienced staff: butchers, bakers, cooks, everyone is incredible professional and courteous. The cashiers are a little disgruntled, but other than that I definitely recommend this store. It's a cut above the rest.

Very clean grocery store. Unlike certain other grocery stores, the fruits and vegetables are always fresh, clean and delicious. I'm unfamiliar with the meats counter but everything is very well displayed and nothing looks old or spoiled. The shelves are restocked practically all the time. You can get your beer bottles and cans refunded here. Always great to visit between 11-12pm when my regular store is closed (closed proximity). Food is priced normally for a metro, but the meat tends to be a good deal. :)

Staff is always friendly and helpful and I find the food selection fresh and reasonably priced.

Not the cheapest grocery store, but they usually have fresh produce and there are a large selection of items available.

Can only find extra lean ground pork there in quebec. Big and spacey grocey store

Went in for weekly specials they ran out, the meat personnel verified and confirmed no more stock left. Very helpful staff

Have been coming here for years. Never disappointed. Good prices, great selection and staff is always friendly. Even after moving father, this place has always been our #1 choice for grocery stores and we always make the trip to it.

Really like it for the fact that there is lots of in store made product. Such as cakes, pies, tarts and so much more. A good selection of fine cheese and fresh bagette bread. Would recommend.

Love the Metro store, they have a great variety of products and brands. A lot of ready-cooked food to choose from with great sales

Great store, great produce section and even has a take-out counter with good selections.

Good selection and short lineup at checkout. Smaller than the big box supermarkets, but that's a good to thing.

This grocery store is open til 10 so that makes it great for late quick trips to pick up items if you live nearby.
