Access Storage - Mississauga East

I needed a short term rental (6 months) and Access was totally accommodating and professional. The grounds are very clean and secure, the 5' x 10' unit I rented was perfect. Definitely recommend.

The store manager Joy was very friendly, informative, welcoming, accommodating. Really made you want to store with their location and not seem like a storage place to trick you to get your money unknowingly. Really great asset to have. Location is quite accessible off the 427. Great location hours!

Super clean facility. Boggie was extremely helpful, she took the time to show me around the different units. I decided to get a parking spot and another unit shortly. Thank you for you time and being so helpful and polite!

Great management. Joy (the manager) is extremely understanding and was able to help me during the moving and selling of my home.

She was able to provide me multiple solutions and great recommendations. Joy went over and above to help my dad and I and was knowledgeable about how the access storage facility system works.

I can confidently say this is the best storage unit facility out of the half dozen I’ve dealt with . It’s clean, well lit and the other customers are nice aswell.

The stuff is super friendly and helpful, i was explained everything and we agreed on mutual condition. Especially lady named Joy, she was showing me units that I was interested in and gave me all advice upon my storage needs. She also, showed me few available units and patiently explained everything in a professional manner. It was my pleasure dealing with this company.

I was moving last minute to a condo and needing to put my stuff into a storage locker and Access came in clutch. This facility was clean, the workers were amazing, and my overall experience was flawless. Joy was awesome to work with. Very detail orientated. Made us feel valued as a customer. This was our first time renting a storage, so we had a lot of questions and she answered all our questions with no hesitation.

Great service! The receptionists were so helpful and kind. Location is near by 427 and Dundas, so easy to access anytime. Storage units were nice and clean. Excellent!

I have used this storage facility several times. Each time, both Roman and Sam have provided exceptional service. I always feel welcome and in good hands. All the units that I have rented (various sizes), the units were always clean and never had issues with pests, unlike the horror stories of other places. They have a truck if you require it and several pull carts to move your belongings from the vehicle to the storage unit. It's in a great location and provides ease of access to your unit. I highly recommend this place.
