411 Main in Brampton worst service ever disgustingly dirty they had no care in the world of what was going on around them and we’re on their personal phones all the time.

Dust in the cab that was on the dashboard could be cleaned up and due to covid and other pandamic issues it would be great if the steering wheel could be sanatuzed or basically cleaned.

The lady that helped me when renting the truck was very nice and took her time to provide excellent customer service. There were very vocal people that were rude but she took her time to help me. Very impressed

It was my first experience and this location staff provide a good service from the front desk and I felt that they are fully dedicated on their job. Vehicle in good condition and clean. It's perfectly served my purpose with a minimum cost. Thank you for your all the support.

I reserved 10’ uhaul truck about 10 days in advance and the process was easy. On the reservation day, I got the truck right away and there was no waiting despite the reservation being made. Return was easy and quick as well!! Great experience and service!!

Made a booking for hitch installation, I was a little early and was welcomed by the manager Madhu. She accommodated me immediately. Technician Mr. Jot started to work on my vehicle, highly experienced and knowledgeable, safety oriented, went beyond the call of duty to ensure everything was well intact and safe. Amazing job on the electrical wiring. This technician is a gem for U-Haul.

I’m glad I ignored all the bad reviews about this location. I’ve used u-haul many times, various different locations some locations have been awful, others have been pretty good, THIS place was excellent. I had no reservation but got the truck I needed (they have plenty of trucks on site). The truck was absolutely spotless inside and out. The gentleman at the counter was fast, efficient and polite. Returning the vehicle was a breeze, had me out of there in minutes. When I returned the truck, my bill came to less than I expected, but that’s no surprise as I used less km than anticipated. Plus, I returned it with more gas than it had when they gave it to me and, believe it or not, they actually gave me a rebate for that! I am more than satisfied with this location and very highly recommend them.

Had a not so good experience with my move but they made it right by refunding me in full through their exceptional customer service (over the phone, not in person). Important to note is that I have used U-Haul at least 50 times all over Canada and this was my first bad experience. Highly recommended, you CANNOT find a better price. Best to make a reservation, even if for same day but ESPECIALLY if your moving at month-end/beginning of month.

Lots of negative reviews I can see, although my personal experience was really good. Booked a motorcycle trailer online, and went to pick it up. It was a little longer than expected at the counter but I ended up paying about 20 bucks for a day worth rental, so i was ok waiting a bit. :-)

Staff was friendly and I didn't have any issues with the trailer whatsoever.

There was a bit of a situation while I was there though involving a difficult customer who was trying to get a rental using an expired driver's license. She also had a different address on her license than the credit card she was paying with which created a bit of a heated discussion. I was siding with the staff on that one as they ultimately have to obey their own internal process and rules... so no fault of their own really. I will go back would I ever need a trailer again.

Good availability. Granted Jan is not prime moving time of the year. Prompt booking and cancellations with my requests. Staff answered phone promptly. Including the call centre in the US and their Canadian affiliates that helped find the equipment.
Ladies manning the store addressed transaction in-store well and politely.
Staff at the lot was courteous and prompt during pick up drop off/ trailer hookup and disconnect.
Equipment as usual has been taking a beating due the use/cold but works alright. Good adoption of tech by uhaul (not perfect but reasonable) for phone confirmations, bookings etc.

Everyone that I came into contact with at this location was professional, friendly, and very helpful! I arrived to pick up my reserved rental vehicle and found out they gave me a discount and it ended up being quite a bit cheaper than originally quoted. Can't complain about that!

Will definitely not hesitate in using them again should I be in the area and require another rental.

Had a hitch installed on my crv. The staff was very polite and the mechanic was very friendly/helpful. Amazing service!

Nice experience but too much waiting for pick up

The service was fine, the problem is that I booked a 26 foot truck there months in advance and when I arrived on moving day I was told they didn't have any. This caused huge problems as I had to take extra trips.

Update: U-Haul saw this and personally called to apologize and helped me out with the extra cost I incurred in making the extra trip. Very impressed with the service as this shows they actually care about their customers.

The girl named Heather gave us so much attitude and was not ready to listen our situation about their own computer calculating mistake, we were about to go back after that unexpected behaviour, but our way back sardar guy(dont know his name) helped us and take us manager. was soo happy with manager and sardar guy service tho. This five stars is only for manager and sardar.

There was no problem for me to rent a U-Haul van from you guys. Both picking up and dropping off was very fast and no pressure. I just had to show where I parked the van. Alia was very helpful and took care of all paperwork in a fast and professional manner. Alia, thank you very much for saving me some time!

Had an amazing experience here. I rented a truck yesterday and had a bit of a situation and the representative their this morning was absolutely amazing!!! I always deal with this uhaul and all the workers are amazing and super helpful to me but this mornings representative went the extra mile and I appreciate! Some people only post when it’s negative but don’t forget the positive!!
