Actually I ordered a chocolate through skip the dishes and called the store and asked someone to write a note on a paper, they wrote for me, I loved it, I don’t know who wrote it, but Yeahhhhhh nice hand writing ✍

Used to be a great place to shop. Lately the customer service is just going to the pits.

This is the worst run business I’ve ever encountered in my entire life of living. The lady is racist and kicked me out of her store for browsing her products. I’m literally so disgusted with the customer service and the entire convenience store is a disaster. There is outdated food, broken toys and a lack of return policies. This is the SECOND encounter that I have received and was asked to leave. Despite being a close customer... I will never spend another dime at this location. Clearly this women needs to hire someone else that is capable of working with customers!

Me and my friends went here once and were asked to leave because the lady that works there thought we were going to steal something when in reality we were just browsing their food and drinks to see what we wanted. Honestly the old store owners were so nice and kind but this lady is just rude and money hungry lowest rating given DO NOT SHOP HERE.

I used to love this store. I have memories of going here with my mother and renting movies and buying snacks together. But today I went there and I was kicked out for wearing shoes. Apparently my shoes covered in snow. I don't understand, the old owners used to be so kind. The lady who was there today has forever broken my spirit. I wish i could give half a star.

I've been to this convenience store twice, and both times were a terrible experience. The first time, the cashier/owner was generally rude, and then shortchanged me. When I politely pointed this out, she was rude about it and then grumpily corrected her mistake. I figured this wasn't a big deal, and returned a second time. Since the snack options are very limited I browsed for a minute, trying to locate things. She needed to go to the back for the some reason, so she loudly asked another customer to "Watch her" while pointing at me -- as though I was going to steal the $4 bags of chips I was looking at. Not to mention this customer was a creepy man who kept trying to talk to me, even though I ignored him. Just ridiculous and demeaning.

Wish I could give a 0. Was the best convenience store. Current owners are nice but tbe old lady there is very rude. Tried to overcharge me on debit. Last visit was charged extra. Customer before me wad told off in a very rude way. Avoid this place. Worst lady ever. So rudeeeee!! Tries to overcharge so watch what you pay for.

Bought a toy/candy for my son which did not work, returned seconds later and the older asian lady refused to exchange it. She said she would not take back anything she cannot resell. When I told her we visit the shop so frequently, she mocked me and said we barely spend 15 cents whenever we come (my 2yr old son asks to come here to buy candy/popsicles usually as a treat. He usually pays from his own allowance. It's a convenience store, and there is no minimum purchase requirement! A customer is a customer. This is basic customer service). She did all of this in front of a shop full of customers, and then told me to get out, by this point my son was crying and I was stunned by how rude she was, as were the other customers in line. I can't believe she would do this over a candy toy which was $2.99, the experience was humiliating. Do not visit this shop, they don't deserve your money.

If I could give this site a negative star I would. I was kicked out of the store because my shoes was wet. And she was closing . The open sign was still on, all I wanted to get a lottery ticket! The Older Asian lady has no sense of customer service ... I don’t know how they are running s business! I have seeen bad customer service but this place is 100 times worse!!!

Most arrogant and disgusting owner I’ve ever seen. Worst customer service possible and the city should be aware of this. This store truly deserves to be shut down

Started an argument with my family for trying on men’s sunglasses ( btw I’m 13) which I needed for my baseball game later that night. Used to be a great store until the recent buyers.

Horrible service! Got disrespected by the woman behind the counter, she was very rude. Disappointed, store needs a check many of their items are expired and covered in thick layers of dust. Store is not maintained well

Me and my friend went to mains milk to buy Arizona drinks we asked about the price.On the can it said it was 99 cents but the price for the drinks was $1.39. The woman was very rude and even told me to shut up. Horrible service!
