Chinguacousy Park

Really very nice park to visit in core Brampton. Very big park where u see animals and horses. You can even ride electric scooter which is paid but worth to give a shoot. In winter they also have snow tubing and skies. There also a play ground for skating.

Very beautiful, very tranquil, nice play area and splash pad for the kids. Beautiful lawn for picnic, seating area. A duck pond and beautiful garden. One of my favorite parks to visit. Absolutely love it! Wedding chapel and petting zoo.

I am regular visitor to Chinguacousy Park and it is the best place to visit with kids in all seasons..

Winter- Enjoy tubing and slide
Spring- Enjoy outdoor activities
Summer- Best picnic spot with water activities
Fall- Enjoy colours

There are lots of activities for kids. There is slides and outdoor activities for all age kids. There is mini outdoor animal areas but it opens only in summer.

There is also carnival merry go round but it is not open right now. There is sufficient free parking space but you may face issue during peak time. The place is fully accessible so everyone in the family can join.

An excellent place to be with your kids and family for a short outing. Lot of activities for kids to do . Cherry on the cake is the pony ride, petting zoo and the train ride…my kids loved the pony ride and the zip line this place has ….definitely a to go place for kids and family….start getting early as this place starts to get busy at noon ….

Weather you are looking to enjoy brisk walking in summers or want to do snow tubing. Weather you have kids that you want to bring outdoors to make new friends or you are open to make some new friends yourself, its very lively place! Such childhood energy around the park that you can’t have enough.

Beautiful sunset by the pond, or just enjoying trails. Looking for some time with nature or spending some time with your thoughts, you find all in here.

Highly recommend going in for skiing and tube snow slide experience.

Tried this fun activity for the first time. Amazing experience!! Staff was friendly and quick. Short waiting and well organized. Awesome environment.

There is a café on site where you can buy hot chocolate and some snacks, with both indoor and outdoor seating options, so that's a nice option to warm up if it's especially cold out.

Great place for summer activities. Small pool for kids, Gardens with varieties of Flowers. It's a big park for a day picnic and group gathering events. Games like cricket, Volleyball can be played due to large area.

If anyone is thinking of getting a break from their busy lifestyle, this place is best. You can have a nice walk around the park.

I visited here last weekend with my daughters and their mother. We all had an amazing time. There is so much to do! A really nice park for the kids to play on, a small park for the little ones and a zipline! A fairly good sized splash pad for when it gets hot out and you want to cool down. You can go paddle boating on the pond for $10 for half an hour or play some mini golf for $2 a person! There's a wading pool as well and a greenhouse to look at some plants. There is also small petting zoo and pony rides as well and a Mary Go Round but the tickets are a little too expensive... $40 for 8 tickets. Not worth the 2 minute ride. You can also visit here in the winter to go skating and tubing down the massive hill on the property as well! They do sell food at a very reasonable price if you get hungry! Overall this place is amazing for friends and families to visit for a couple of hours or for a day for a picnic and just to get together and make some memories!

If I have to describe this place in one word, I would say Peace.
Its so beautiful and calm location like the most interesting part of it is that it is based in the middle of the crowded area of bramlea with bus terminal and big road crossings but when you enter the park all of a sudden all the sounds and noises are gone. The landscape is such that trees are playing great role as sound buffer making it peaceful and calm inside...The lake is wonderful with its high deck pavilion.

Some of the gems found at the Chingcousy park. I enjoyed the mixed atmosphere of feeling the calm off the water, the gentle song of the breeze and the sound of people and kids at the park. I think this is a great place for a picnic, family fun, to take a walk or simply soak in the sun. I love that the park is always clean.

Wife and I had lunch nearby and stumbled upon this park. What a pleasant surprise. Very lively with plenty of things to see and do. Guelph is certainly far behind in comparison. This park is very well maintained and not over run with geese poop.

Surprised at how nicely maintained the entire park is, and how there are so many things to see and do here. Totally recommended to spend a few hours with the family.

Been visiting this park since my childhood. Love to see the animals. Great for kids of all ages - pony rides, splashpad and a huhe playground.

It's a very beautiful, huge park. It has everything your little one wants to experience. It has a petting Zoo, they do give pony rides. I didn't know their timing so I missed that. This park has a carousel and a train ride option, which I think is a bit on the higher side. Arboretum is also a nice to explore here.

Great park with an awesome playground, splash pad, zip line, ice cream truck and snack bar as well as a little zoo. Definitely recommend to keep the kids occupied for a few hours.

Close comparison to this is Assiniboine Park in Winnipeg,MB. Otherwise large or small none of city has focus to provide such a quality entertainment for families. EXCELLENT job by City of Brampton.

The best place to spend your summer with friends and family! There is so much to do here and so much to see! Many electric scooters available to easily ride around the enormous park. Clean walkways and trails. Many picnic areas. Snack shack available as well as an ice cream truck!

Playgrounds for babies/toddlers and older kids, splash pad and lots of swings, and a large skatepark. You can also buy tickets for the train ride and petting zoo. Our kids were entertained for hours here.
