In the spring of 2017, I was going to be moving back from the U.S. to Mississauga and needed a storage unit. I found Apple Self Storage on line. When I called, Von answered the phone and was wonderful in helping me to figure out the logistics of how I could manage the move to both my new residence and Apple. Now, after five years, I no longer need a storage unit. I'll always be grateful to Von and Apple Self Storage for making my transition back to Canada a smooth one. While the facility has always been extremely clean and well-organized, perhaps most importantly, I've always felt that my possessions were in safe hands. Thank you, Von and Apple Self Storage.

Very nice and clean facility. Not very busy, easy to park and always get carts easily. Helpful staff is always there during day times. Seems pretty secure with around the clock surveillance and entry by code only. Has a commercial height dock for bigger trucks as well. Rates are bit higher than other places but for good reason. I have been there for a few months and no complaints so far.

Mark & Vaughn are very professionally friendly. I have my storage locker for almost a year now and I have never had a problem. They are very understanding and accommodating. As I needed a bigger storage space, they worked out a solution that would help me and fair/just to the company. They not only treated me as a client but as a member of their families. Rest assured that your personal 'valuables' will be in good hands.

I had an absolutely excellent experience at this Apple Self Storage location. I did a lot of research before committing to a self storage unit because I wanted to ensure that my belongings would be kept in a clean and well maintained facility while I worked abroad. When I first visited, I had the pleasure of meeting Vaughn and experiencing his excellent service. He was highly professional, very honest, super helpful throughout the process, and really charmed my parents (who I think might end up storing their items at his facility in the future). I give this place two thumbs up and 5 stars for quality, customer service, price!

Easy on line check-in and great follow-up by Matt & Vaughan. We were delayed in our arrival but no problem getting a space and in fact they moved our unit closer to the loading dock so unloading did not take as long. When we filled the first locker they quickly found another space to finish the unload. Nice clean space, polished smooth floors, very easy access with code locks and lots of carts to help move the boxes into the space. We used the loading dock because it was closer to the unit but there are two big indoor bays that would make unloading in rain or snow very pleasant.

This storage facility is BIG and immaculately clean. Bright Lights. Easy access.
Office staff extremely helpful and went out of the way to be of assistance to me. Booking online for a storage unit was so easy and quick. While it's now only day 2 of my storage unit, I'm very pleased to have chosen Apple Self Storage.

A great facility. The customer service is top notch. We we're warmly greated as soon as we entered and things got straight to business. The workers were to the point and up front. They were well trained and had the experience they needed. One of the workers even went as far as supplying us with a water bottle for a child who came along and was thirty. Not just good workers but also friendly people. Really impressed with the service here.

The facility itself if extremely clean, convenient buggies to carry your belongings, and decent air conditioning. The path to your locker might be a bit confusing at times, but that's to be expected in a a building like that. Some floor markings might make it easier though.

By far the best storage I've rented. These guys take cleanliness to another level. Squeaky clean! I don't recall the name of the Janitor who works the day hours, but he deserves a raise. Very reasonable pricing as well. Highly recommend this Apple Self Storage. Thank you.

Allow me to thank you for your follow up. The facility is a wonderful place, accessible around the clock, clean , with climate control and secured.

I am currently using outside a space similar to yours. I booked in Apple storage the 4 feet x 5 feet (48” x 60”) and paid for one year upfront to move my stuff.

When I moved to your facility, it barely accommodated my stuff but not everything. I was really disappointed to know the measurements are slightly less, which means I got less for what I paid for .

Your understanding to the above matter is highly appreciated.

This is a great storage facility. It's brand new, clean, climate controlled, well laid out and easy to access with your own PIN outside of business hours. You can even park inside the loading bay, which is great in bad weather or when you're there alone at night. Dollies are also provided. The price was actually much better than we were quoted at worse places nearby (maybe because they're trying to fill up as they are new?). I would very highly recommend this place.

Apple Storage is a very well run, clean facility. Check in was thorough and I was able to select a locker where it was most convenient for my needs. Aisles are wide and doors are large and open automatically making it easy to manoeuvre carts. We were shown loading bays and how to operate the doors. The gentleman who assisted us was very professional. I highly recommend them to anyone searching for storage solutions in Mississauga.

This was our first experience putting things in storage for a year, and we were very happy with Apple Storage. Vaughn's service was excellent, and the facility is very new and clean. The rates were very reasonable as well. I would recommend this facility to others looking for a well-run storage facility.

I recently rented a storage unit with my husband, the experience was smooth considering is our first time renting a unit, Vaugh spoke with us on the phone a couple of weeks ago and was friendly, and Carlos processes our applications and showed us the unit a couple of days ago he was knowledgeable and friendly, we recommend the place and the overall experience and staff

I don’t know , is it my new year gift or a God’s blessing, i posted this morning my review about Apple storage and the size of the unit.

Today around 1:20pm, I went to my storage to get something (they close 1 pm today for new year schedule ), while leaving the premises one of the staff (his name is Vaughn) went after me asking about my unit , saying he read my review. I asked him about how did he knew about me, he said he checked my name from the review and checked my access code on his system to discover that I just stepped out of the facility.
Vaughn mentioned his availability is for my comfort and satisfaction.

After few minutes of discussion, Vaughn was professional enough to fulfill my needs with the proper unit and in a professional manner, he even stayed till 2:50 pm till I re-arranged my stuff .

I rented a place in Apple Storage for my furniture and other stuff. Initially, this was for twelve weeks only. Later I have to extend it to two more weeks. During this period I found the staff very professional, helpful and cooperating. Most of the times I was dealing with Mark Anthony and I found him excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending Apple Storage to any of my friend, should a need arise. Keep the good work.

Apple Self Storage is staffed by very professional and friendly people. The facility is spotless and well run. The units are very clean and we like the fact that the facility is climate controlled. We have both a storage unit and outside parking. We are very satisfied with every aspect of Apple Self Storage and recommend them.
