The experience from the first phone call to registering at the office and look at my unit was great. Great ladies work there. Knowledgably and approachable. The whole process was simple an thorough. Special shout out to Paula!

Oct 5 (1/5 stars): First time getting a storage unit and I felt he pricing was not explained to me properly nor indicated in my contract. I understood their “weekly” price as their “monthly” from their sales rep and as a result felt frustrated when I saw my first months bill to be 3-4x what I was expecting. Please make sure you understand the monthly pricing accurately when inquiring.

Friendly courteous and professional. Very open and helpful with no surprises. I would highly recommend them to all.

Staff were very helpful in explaining my payment options and how to maximize my affordability. Good customer service when I needed to expand my timeline. Highly recommended

My experience was amazing. I have never rented a storage facility before and the staff made it so simple and easy - honestly a breeze.
They were very patient with me as we weren't sure if we needed to go ahead with the rental or not. They were diligent on following up to ensure that I didn't loose the unit I needed. Turns out, we needed it and couldn't be more thankful for their assistance.

My experience was amazing! Paula took really good care of me. She was very accommodating as my dates to move in changed several times because of prior arrangements for events taking place. Signing and understanding my contract was a breeze and Paula made sure to show me how to access the property and navigate it to access my unit. Everything she explained was detailed and made navigating quick and easy. I was very comfortable at the office and was pleased with the exceptional services I received and I would say her personality definitely suits her position. She is a people's person and her personality makes her a great first face to see at the office.
