Kris was professional, organized, and made me feel comfortable during the session's and clear on next steps to keep strengthening post-services as well. Triangle was recommended by my family doctor after I was diagnosed with Achilles tendonitis and Plantar fasciitis. They have locations all over the GTA but I chose the Square One branch which is closest to my home. I got well after 7 sessions through their team of knowledgeable and caring practitioners (such as Jasmit, my PT). Back this up with excellent front desk staff (Alice and Andrea) who made direct billing a breeze and I had an amazing healing experience.
