This is an excellent place to leave all your pains and worries. Dr. Pavani and Dr.Karthik are excellent. I came here for back pain and sciatica, i have a very good relief within few sessions. I highly recommend to visit here. They are so friendly

I was experiencing severe lower back pain due to tailbone injury and that had hindered my daily activities and chores. Pawni was my therapist and she was the best! She put together a great plan for my everyday exercises and gave such simple alternatives to daily chores that I was almost back to normal in a couple of weeks. She’s knowledgeable, patient and works with you! All in all she’s a great therapist! Definitely recommend her.

I had an exceptional experience at the physiotherapy clinic, particularly with Dr. Pavani and Dr. Karthik. My wife was struggling with severe leg pain after delivery, but thanks to Dr. Pavani's expertise and care, she found great relief. Similarly, I had a sports injury resulting in a leg sprain, but Dr. Karthik's treatment was incredibly effective, relieving my pain in just a few sessions. I had severe neck and back pain. One of my friends reference me here. Pavani is very helpful and friendly understand my problem and treated with utmost care. She is very good physiotherapist listening my concerns massage and stretch me very well. She also gives me some exercises and it really helped getting better. The team of Meadowvale Physiotherapy has been wonderful. I had experienced a frozen shoulder problem, consistently pain and unable to properly use my arm for many weeks. I had several sessions for physio with Pavani, massage with Stefanie and acupunctures with Li Qian, and I finally got my mobility back and I was able to use my arm as before. They are very professional, knowledgeable and caring. I highly recommend this clinic to my family and friends.

Pavani is great and helped me with drastically improving my back pain that was consistently bothering me even months after c-section. Her exercise program was just 10 minutes which made it really easy for me to do every day. She has been helping me with maintenance therapy now and releasing shoulder tension after starting desk job after a year. I will definitely come to this clinic for all my physio needs in future if needed.

Karthik is amazing, he will give you genuine advice. I really had a great experience. Please do visit him if you need physiotherapy. I also got massage here, it was very relaxing, will keep coming back to them.

Kartik and Pavni are so wonderful at their work. I was suffering from severe back pain. I wasnt even able to move. Kartik visited me at my home did his physio magic and told me to come to his clinic after that. 3-4 sessions with him and i already feel much better. I would strongly recommend them to anyone suffering from any chronic issues.

Best physio clinic in Mississauga hands down! Karthik is a master of his craft with literal magic hands. Came in with a horrible herniated disc and with his techniques within only a few sessions allowed me to stand straighter and with less pain. Many physiotherapists hook you to a machine and leave the room while Karthik spends an entire hour massaging and manipulating. He knows every single point and is an expert at what he does. I highly recommend this clinic.

I’ve been suffering from chronic neck, shoulder and upper back pain for nearly 2 years. My wife booked me a session with Meadowvale, Physio therapy and rehab clinic in Windwood Dr. After two sessions with my physiotherapist Karthaik my pain subsided by 90% and my mobility increased significantly. I’m sleeping better and functioning better since. I highly recommend Karthaik and his team for all you physiotherapy in wellness needs. Great place. Very friendly staff. Stefanie is just an incredible professional. She makes my muscles so relaxed that I feel like melted butter, in a good way. The most pleasant massage I have ever had.
