I must say, Physiotherapy on Wheels provides excellent treatment as soon as you walk into the clinic, it is a family atmosphere with very caring staff who want the best for you. The whole team there is Awesome! Pros all the way! I Highly recommend! :)

My experience at POW has been superb! Alan has a great deal of patience and is very gentle, yet effective. He uses many modalities such as ultrasound, acupuncture, laser, as well as manual therapies. I never feel that he is rushing and he gives you the time to complete the treatment as needed.

The staff is very professional and accommodating. Bonnie and Angelica at the front desk as well as Sara, the kinesiologist are all wonderful to work with.

Everyone at Physiotherapy on Wheels is so professional and they all work as a team to create an enjoyable time! My Physiotherapist Claudia was so nice, highly experienced and took the time to educate me on the treatment for my knee. Luke was very motivating and knowledgeable in exercises for improving my strength, flexibility and balance.They always went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident in my rehab!

I have been a patient a few times for different issues, visiting the office to see Claudia. Her treatment and care were exceptional and always ended with great results. She also came to my home when I was recovering from a knee replacement, and my recovery was a complete success due to her treatment and suggestions. I recommend Physiotherapy on Wheels 100%. The staff is very professional and compassionate they always are very personable. Over the last 10 years I required physiotherapy on several occasions after two shoulder surgery’s for labrum, rotor cuff tears and now for an issue after car accident. I have had the opportunity to be treated by both Claudia and Henry who are knowledgeable and compassionate; and you cannot forget Luke always a pleasure to see him and great rehabilitation instructor.

My mom received physiotherapy services from POW. They are very good with informing any changes ahead of time.
I especially want to mention Claudia, my mom’s physiotherapist, here to thank her for making my mom’s transition a smooth one. She is well qualified and she was always prepared in addressing my mom’s needs in all stages of her illness. More importantly, she was caring and has maintained good relationship with my mother. My mother always looked forward to her session, which facilitates her healing process. Thank you POW and thank you Claudia.

My wife has been going to Physiotherapy on Wheels for about 10 years. Each therapist she has encountered has been great. One therapist in particular, Claudia, who treated her for about 6 years was exceptional. Claudia was very personable, highly knowledgeable and her treatments were always effective. Highly recommend Claudia to anyone suffering from chronic pain, or seeking rehabilitation or preventative treatment.

All of the staff are professional, courteous and extremely helpful.

The majority of my therapy interactions were with Claudia.
She helped me through many ailments (shoulder, back, knee, hip) with patience and humour and took the time to fully explain the injuries and how the treatments would work to remediate them. I can't say enough

Physical therapy on wheels exceeded my expectation. I was one of Claudia's clients and went in with a pinched nerve. Claudia was able to find the source of the problem and give me a personalized plan that would help me regain my strength. She is punctual friendly and very knowledgeable. The facility is very nice and clean; and the staff super friendly and helpful.
I will definitely be back if physio is ever needed and I would 100% recommend this place.

I had a really great experience at Physiotherapy on Wheels! They were always punctual and flexible with my schedule. My Physiotherapist was Claudia and she treated the pain I had in my back. With her skills and the exercises I learned from Luke, I was able to build my strength and no longer feel pain in my back. i felt quite fortunate to have Claudia as my physiotherapist after i had my surgery. She is very knowledgable, patient and warm. I like her to videotape all the exercises she wanted me to practice. It made the hard job becoming interesting, personal, easy, and precise. During the period of my recovering, I very relied on Claudia for all my questions and she never disappointed me. i enjoyed working with her and felt very grateful!

Physiotherapy on wheels has been an incredible organization to work with. They are accommodating and client oriented. The staff @ Physio on Wheels treat you like family. They are very professional and very skillful in their work, but at the same time they make you feel like an appointment is just you hanging out with a dear friend.
Every time I've received treatment from the staff of Physio on Wheels, whether it was massage (RMT) or physio or physical therapy, my healing has been quicker than anticipated due to the healing abilities of the staff at this clinic.
The office manager is also a treat. She responds to every inquiry and handles any issue from insurance or otherwise with tact and grace. The warm receptionist is also an amazing addition to the team always cheerful and greeting you with yummy treats.

Thank you for being a family away from home Physio on Wheels! I miss you so much and will be coming from Kitchener for treatment when I need any!

Claudia has been providing physio home care to my 87 year old other for more than one year. I have always found her to be very professional, warm, and caring. I especially appreciate her ability to explain calmly and clearly the benefits of different modes of treatment, especially at times when my mother was reticent to try something different. I remain in awe of the excellent service that I received at Physiotherapy on Wheels. I am an MS patient whose illness has progressed. While I was an active patient at POW my therapist was Claudia and kinesiologist was Luke, both of whom were amazing. They were both exceedingly encouraging, friendly and highly professional. I remain amazed at what they accomplished with me. I recall at my first meeting with Claudia she identified something that I was doing wrong that would the first thing that needed to be corrected. I initially thought that unlikely, but to my delight she corrected it in short order. Although I was never actively treated by the other physiotherapists I observed the friendly environment in the clinic. That made such a difference. Given the opportunity I'd highly recommend POW to anyone needing excellent physiotherapy care.
