Payless Toronto Airport Parking

Was my first time using Payless and I was really impressed!! I parked for 10 days and the price was exactly as they quoted me. After I parked my vehicle, the shuttle driver pulled up next to us and waited to take us to the airport.

Upon our return, I called the pick up line and was given amazing service. The shuttle van arrived within minutes to pick us up and promptly drove us right to my car. My car was covered in snow and the amazing driver said "if your car doesn't start, please give us a call and we have a booster to help you."

For 10 days of parking, courteous shuttle service and going the extra mile for my mom and I, the $80 I paid was the best value!! I will use Payless from now on.

Great experience with Payless for our trip last week. Arrived at the lot around 4:30 am and the shuttle waited for us. Upon return, I called the designated number and was told to expect the shuttle to be there within 10 to 15 minutes. We got to the pickup spot within 5 minutes and the shuttle was already arriving and we arrived at the car lot 5 minutes later. The driver was friendly and helped us with the payment process. No hesitation to use them again based on this experience!

This was my first time using this Parking service , my sister , mom and I were headed to Cuba for 6 days . Our flight was leaving at 6am so we needed a hotel and a place to park .
We arrived at the parking lot around 6:15pm. We were greeted by a friendly woman shuttle driver who assisted us in getting in and locating a spot. She even drove the shuttle right to the parking spot so I wouldn't miss it.
She then assisted us in transferring our bags to the shuttle bus. We weren't sure if she'd drop us off at our Hotel or not but she did no questions asked. We made it to the hotel and she helped us again and then she wrote on a card our parking location and the number to call when we got back plus which pillars at the airport to be at when they picked us up.
Our return went smoothly , our driver was there very promptly within 10mins. He drove us right to our car and assisted with unloading our luggage. Payment was easy as they have a machine to take care of it. One of the other employees gave me a hand with it.
I'm very pleased with the staff there , job well done !!! It came to $63.

Let me start off with great prices, friendly staffs, and great service.

I ended up parking here for 3 days, Payless Parking offers a shuttle bus straight to the airport and picking up was also easy as well. Before you departure you get a paper with the number to call and which exit doors to meet, when you pick up the baggage is when you should call. I believe it’s the cheapest company so far.

I had no issues and it made my transportation a lot easier for me.

I travel often for work and Payless Airport Parking is the best parking service I have ever used. From top to bottom, they are fantastic! You can book online or make a reservation. You show up, park, they come get you in a Van that's waiting, and off you go. When you arrive back, you call, they come get you, and drive you to their car.

As a whole, it's simple, easy to use, and the customer service is above and beyond. While using other companies, I've had to wait or battle my way onto shuttles. With Payless, it's quick, and after parking you're usually dropped off within 10 minutes. For pickup, I've never waited more than 10 minutes. I've also only ever ridden with 1-2 people in the shuttle, whereas I've often been squeezed onto a bus with competing "premium" or "valet" services.

The price point is cheaper than the competition. Simple as that.

But, on a recent trip, Payless went above and beyond and provided the best customer service in ANY business I've worked with. I parked my car, hopped in the van, and then left for my business trip. I had a great chat with a fellow who often drives me when I come in the morning. Great dude, but more on that later. While flying home, I realized I hadn't seen my car keys in a few days. I panic. I land, look through my bags and nothing. I call for a pick up, hoping they might be in the car still. The van arrives, and a women (who's driven me before) hops out and says "Hey White Lexus, we have your keys!". I'm relieved beyond words.

The driver who had dropped me off, found the keys, and made sure everyone on the team knew about them. They had them ready in the office when I got back.

Payless took care of me, and truly exemplified customer service. Bottom line, you get airport parking, at a great price, from an amazing team of people!

I’ve used Payless parking twice, once in April and just recently a few days ago. I had great experiences both times. Great prices, very convenient, nice employees.
We left our car at the lot for 8 days in November when we got back the car didn’t start. A woman employee(I didn’t get her name) came to the car right away with a device to try and jump our car. After many tries she called another employee (Dave) over to help. They worked on our car for 20mins while we sat in their warm van. After nothing worked they didn’t give up Dave called someone from AAA and they came and got our car to start!!! We didn’t have to pay anything! Never experienced such great customer service!!

I din"t know what to expect when I came to the Payless parking at 3 AM on July 30.2019.The driver was there and helped us to load our luggage. 15 min after arriving to Payless parking we were at the terminal 3 at Pearson Airport! 8 days later (yesterday) we were back from Cuba and after leaving the terminal we were lucky to see the bus from Payless parking parked in front of the gate G.The driver was called by a couple that left the terminal shortly before us,so we were allowed to go with them... Both drivers were very polite,helpful. Let me say THANK YOU,both of YOU. See You next time.

Use this service is you are flying out of Toronto and you need to park. I have used park n fly plenty of times and it's terrible compared to Payless. It cost me about 30$ for three days with no discount which is amazing. As soon as I arrived in the lot a shuttle picked me up. The shuttles are large vans and they're very comfortable. The drivers are incredibly friendly and help you load your luggage and even help you step off the bus. When I arrived at Toronto after my trip I called the number they gave me and a van was there in less then ten minutes. In the way back to the lot the driver let us know the status of our vehicles (i.e. not snow covered but some ice on the ground so be careful). The employees of this lot seem to truly care. Overall by far the most painless experience I have had at an airport lot. The one thing I would note is that the lot has quite a few pot holes but the positives far outweigh this one small negative.

We travel quite often, and travelling with kids, Payless Parking is the best solution. Its cost effective and the shuttle is amazing, the staff are courteous, patient and understanding. I've used them several times, and cannot stop recommending them. For my next travel, you know who i'm going to use again. Excellent service.

Had a great experience. We used parknfly last year and were very disappointed with the wait time for a shuttle (over 1 hour) when we arrived home. This year we tried Payless - the lot was easy to maneuvre and we never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a shuttle on either end. Would recommend and will use again.

We bought the 4-day parking pass on Groupon. I had doubts this place was going to be any good because the price was so darn reasonable. Upon arrival we were immediately picked up and dropped off at the airport in a timely manner. Upon arrival back at Pearson we were picked up within five minutes. Check out was a breeze and the staff was amazing. I will totally Park here next time I

When i arrived there, I was a little skeptical at first as i had never used any type of park & fly services before. As soon as I got inside the gate, a shuttle came over and directed me to an empty spot. It got me to the airport within 8 minutes. My friends whom i dropped off were still waiting in line to be checked in at the service counter(sunwing). The total time from when i dropped my friends off at departure to when i arrived at departure was only 14 minutes.
When i got back, the shuttle picked me up in 10 minutes.
The place is closer than the economy Park n fly lot but at a much lower rate. I used a coupon from their website and only paid $50.74 for 8 days of parking.
All the bad reviews i saw here are about groupons. I would suggest staying away from Groupon. just go to their website and get a coupon instead.

Great experience so far! It's a snowy day, I dropped my car off and the gentleman driving the shuttle was extremely polite and helpful. I didn't have to wait for even a minute at 930pm. There were two shuttles there waiting.

I had a great experience leaving my car here over the holidays. When I entered the lot (which by the way is closed inside a barbed wire fence with automated gates) there was an attendant waiting to greet me immediately despite it being 3am. He showed me where I could park and as soon as I got out of my car the shuttle was parked behind me waiting to take me to the terminal. Only took 5 minutes or so to get there and then I was at the airport with way more time than I had expected. When I came back the airport was really busy and lots of people were waiting for the payless shuttle (including some who hadn't bothered to call them) but the driver was very friendly and did his best to find space for everyone as quickly as possible. I was back at my car very quickly after arriving and had no unexpected surprises when I went to pay. I had printed the online coupon and the driver scanned it for me and it discounted the already low price to the one advertised on the coupon.
I was a little weary of using low cost airport parking due to some of the reviews but I was pleasantly surprised by my experience and it was by far the cheapest option for getting to the airport for me, coming from Guelph. Will use again!

Never parked by the airport before, but couldn't stand the idea of someone else being responsible for me getting there on time. Took Uber once to the train station and almost missed my train! Want something done right you do it yourself.

Got to Payless Airport Parking no problem, easy to find, got in no problem, driver was there to great us, showed us where to park, met us where we parked, loaded our bags and got us to the airport in a jiffy. Smiles all around.

On the way back, we called from the terminal, van came within 15 min, driver loaded our bags, took us back to our car which was covered in snow, cleaned the snow off the car for us, helped load the bags into the car in the cold while my family waited in the warm van then drove my family to the pay station while I followed behind. Payed using my Groupon plus a nominal fee for the tax, loaded my family in the car and we were off home.

Staff was super nice, I tipped kindly on the way in and on the way out. Smiles all around. Would do it again for sure!

Great prices and friendly staff. We arrived at Toronto Pearson soon after midnight and called the shuttle. The shuttle arrived a few minutes later and the driver was super nice and friendly. I will use them again.

The service was really good, the drivers were friendly, as was the gentleman manning the office. I did not have to wait long for pickup or drop off and I actually really like that payless offers a much cheaper alternative for airport parking. I also purchased this through groupon and was not charged anything extra aside from the sales tax.

it was my first time parking here before a flight. as soon as we parked our cars a shuttle was there to take us to the airport. the lady driver was very nice and answered all our questions for when we r coming back.
coming back we called and they were there in less then 10 min.

I would second what Laura mentioned below. Excellent service and great rates. A tip if you are traveling with someone or multiples, when you enter the lot there is a pay station which is where we had to walk to with our luggage. I'd recommend dropping off your luggage there with someone then park your car. There are areas in the lot that are not paved and pretty rough to drag your luggage through.

I was worried about parking here at first never parked and fly before.
but after this I will always park here whenever I m gone. the lady driver who picked us up as soon as we got out of our carr was amazing. she explained everything for when we are coming back.
coming back we called for pick up and within 10 min they were there and most importantly all 11 of us got picked up all together. this experience was great.
