Park'N Fly, Self Park, Airport Parking

It felt safe when I drive through their gate, need a bar ode to get in, park your car and take your luggage, lock your car, and wait on the shelters provided. Need to remember what number of shelter you were coz you will come on the same spot when it's time to pick your car. Will always come back to use park and fly.

Carrie was so helpful at the desk. She was registering us quickly as we were running late. A little pricey for usingValet, but easy process. The bus was a quick drive to Airport. Thanks!

We just went to Dominican for a week and used the Park'n'Fly service. They picked us up right after we parked as they come by every 10-15m I think it was, they have shelters if it's raining or in our case winter and coldest is been this winter lol. They load your stuff up and don't waste time they get you to the airport quick. I think only thing was when we got back we had to walk down past several buses asking if they went to our lot location, it wasn't clearly marked on each bus but that we could wee bit they do tell you what bus to look for when they drop you off start of your trip so you need to remember that if you can lol. We found the ride they took us right to our spot and we were gone, no waiting for a ride etc and we used the pay online which wasn't working on the exit gate but they have staff in that building to help if necessary. If you're going on a trip whether it be 3d or week maybe a month, definitely worth the extra cost to use this shuttle service.

I use Self Park A, and it's great! Self Park shares a shuttle with VIP, so it's not the same lineup as Economy, which we have had many poor experiences with. It's a tad more money, but much less aggravation when catching the shuttle from the airport back to your car and it's worth it for that alone.

Omg . I had the best park and fly driver . I left my CPAP machine in the truck . He came into the airport and delivered it to me when I was in line waiting for my flight . What an awesome guy ... Who does that . A special person. ..I owe him big time . Wish I had his name to recommend him to the company . Saved my trip !!

Convenient and efficient. There were no shuttle wait times at all for drop off, as well as a very late night pick-up. Walked out at 1AM from a return flight, and there was a shuttle waiting to take me to my vehicle.

Very easy reservations booked through the app with discount included !, shuttle to and from airport terminal was great service and very nice drivers who are helpful.

I was a bit skeptical after reading the massive reviews and seeing an avg of 2 stars. We got here at 8:31AM and got on at 8:40AM. The lady was very nice, helping us put the bags on the racks and even waited for a couple who was lost trying to find parking. Eventually we left. Gotta give this a 5 star. Maybe it’s time to time that others get bad service but mine was exceptional.

Easy to use and convenient, shuttle service is pretty good. Usually, there is a shuttle in the lot for pickup within 10 to 15 minutes.

Used this service last year and this year in September, parking for just over two weeks each time. Much cheaper than on-site airport parking. Busses are convenient, drivers are professional, and text confirmation upon arrival and return is nice.

Used this service twice via economy parking lot, and really enjoyed the ease of driving and parking my car by the airport.

Super convenient, they have a shuttle to grab you to the airport as well as pick you up from airport to parking lot.

Wonderful convenient service. Frequent shuttles to and from airport, which are extremely comfortable. Parking lots are huge, yet well labeled so your parking spot easy to find. The best airport parking service I have used, and I have tried most of them in the area.

Parked for 2 weeks speedy shuttle on departure & arrival alike, found my clean car nearly at midnight but my battery was dead. I called customer service and within 3 minutes a super friendly attendant came with extra long jumper cables and gave us a boost. Perfect service and will be back!

After waiting 40 mins for the attendant to let us out. He proceeded to close the gate down on the hood of my truck. Then claimed there was no damage done. My passenger got out and took pics of the damage. Was then sent to speak to the manager. Still waiting on answer what will be done. Will update this review based on how they handle this.

UPDATE: within 2 weeks I was contacted by Park N fly rep. He apologized for being late with a follow up as he was on holidays. He requested 2 quotes for repair. I was only able to obtain 1 as the nature of my job doesn't give me much time at home. Making appointments hard to get. He was fine with the 1 quote. This has been resolved and I'm happy with the end result. Thanks again Alberto. I appreciate your time.

Wonderful service, shuttle available all the time and very nice and helpful people. Used 2 time in my last 2 trips and very happy with service. I can say I did not wait for more than 2 minutes for shuttles to arrive

I’m have used Park’N Fly for several trips. Their service has always been top notch and efficient. Always the best start and end to a trip. I highly recommend.

From when we first arrived until we were returned to our vehicle, this was a positive experience. The Park N Fly attendant went above and beyond to find us a spot and have the shuttle arrive quickly. Drivers were helpful and polite. Would definitely use them again.

I parked at the Toronto Park'N Fly for a week and I am very plessed with the service. The arrived very quickly in less than a minute and got dropped right by my departure airlines and got picked up right upon my arrival back to Toronto.

The service was very convenient and very quick. I will be trying this srvice again in the near future and my car was kept very secure. The price was very affordable and fair and easy to get too and plenty of parking spaces to choose from.
