Best Western Halton Hills

This was a last minute stay for my wedding. The previous hotel had required a two night minimum. However, when I contacted best western halton hills they informed me my guests could stay for 1 night. I changed everyone over immediately. Halton hills was amazing to deal with. So helpful and patient with all my questions, accommodated all my guests. And even allowed us to check out late because we had to clean up at the venue. I wish I had all the names of the women I spoke with, but the front desk staff went over and above and were such a pleasure to deal with.
Rooms/grounds/breakfast area all very clean and tidy.

Great room for a reasonable price. Wonderful bed and room. I thought it might be noisy because of its location but it was really quiet. I would definitely go back.

Great Hotel. I visited there for my project and all the things were well organised and amazing suite rooms and the lunch area was great with proper ventilation

Had a surprise layover due to airport shenanigans. Called them around 1am, the very polite night shift woman, got a room for us. Room was spacious, clean, had quite a few amenities, perfect for a couple who desperately needed a place to crash for the night. Thank you to the lovely woman working the desk in the middle of the night!

Stayed here for 3 nights for work accommodations. As a general warning, be careful of bathtubs since they can be very slippery and I did slip in the bathtub on my first morning and fell on my lower back. But they do provide bath mats rolled up in the corner and handrails. So make sure to use those and don't make the same mistake I did. I don't fault them with that though since when I called the front desk they were very helpful and accommodating and prevention was provided.

It wasn't necessary, but housekeeping went above and beyond and cleaned up during the day while I was at my job. So I came back to a made bed and clean room. They provide complimentary breakfast and the food was tasty. It's a motel styled so the rooms are accessed from outside but there seemed to be plenty of parking. It's close to many restaurants and stores too to get whatever you need to get. I'd certain recommend staying here if you're in Georgetown.

This hotel is underrated.

If you are here for a business trip to one of the local manufacturing areas, I highly recommend this hotel as it is the closest place to stay. The location is perfect so you don't need to make a massive commute from Brampton or Mississauga. Additionally you avoid all the traffic.

Other than location - the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. They serve breakfast at 6am but opened it up early for me as I had to leave early in morning for a meeting.

The rooms are clean, warm and comfortable. I had a great nights sleep before a long day next morning.

I'll be staying here going forward for future business trips when in the area.

We stayed for three nights at this lovely hotel in November. We were met by Vickie who looked after our needs the whole time we were there. The hotel was clean, and the room was ground floor rear which was very quiet. The breakfasts were good, enough choices and options. It seemed to be quite a busy hoptel, but we didn't know because of the excellent organization.

Convenient location, welcoming staff and very friendly. Clean spacious rooms and lots of parking. Beside Shoeless Jo's so easy for sit down or takeout meals. Staff went extra step when I forgot plug for phone charger. Great prices for free parking and breakfast.

I had to stay here for a while and got to know the staff, they are great,friendly, helpful and off course the room clean with a great bed. My stay has been very good

While the decor at this Best Western was a bit dated, and the toilets were definitely not comfort height; which posed some difficulty for my very tall husband with knee and feet deficiencies, the value was outstanding! The beds were so comfortable with fresh clean linen. A great little fridge kept our cooler items cold all night and the shampoo, soap and lotion made us feel like we were on a tropical vacation. The complementary continental breakfast was packed with much more than expected. Breakfast burritos, egg and sausage on an english muffin, bagels and cream cheese, juice, coffee, apples, oranges and so much more! Everything at the breakfast bar was packaged with covid safety in mind. Overall, we were pleasantly surprised with the friendly staff, clean room and breakfast meal. Definitely a great place to stay.

Very clean , very friendly. I have stayed in a lot of hotel/motels, and this one was exceptional. I think the price was very acceptable for what you get, not over priced at all. I love this old style rooms where you can drive right up to your room. Breakfast was good too.

Great Motel-style hotel. Direct access to the outdoors. I liked being able to park my car and walk directly to my room without always having to walk through the lobby or main entrance. Beds are very comfortable. I heard another guest comment on the beds as we were both checking out. They have an extensive selection of hot and cold foods. Everything from eggs and sausages to cereal and yogurt. Different variety of juices and hot beverages; teas, hot chocolate, coffee, etc. All the staff I came across were warm and friendly which I appreciated first thing in the morning. I will definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone traveling in the area.

Great hotel! Rooms were very clean. The staff were incredible. Friendly and so helpful. We had a whole team stay here and they were very accommodating. Breakfast was great as well. Very good variety. We will definitely stay here again.

This weekend was my second stay in this hotel. I was able to get a room last minute before the storm. The staff are excellent and took great care of me. When I walked in they were discussing rooms and getting them ready because they knew more people would be coming in off the road. On top of that my room was heated when I got in and I was able to unwind comfortably. Also a great restaurant in the same lot which is very convienient!
I will be staying here again that is for sure.

My fiance and I stayed for 10 days and everything was awesome!!! Rae, who is head of house keeping is AMAZING!!!!!! She bends over backwards to help the quests. Not only that, Rae and the staff are funny, quick witted hard working, kind and have big hearts. You feel like you're at home while staying at the Best Western Georgetown. Breakfast is awesome (Rae cooks 🥓at 6:00 am every day before starting her house keeping shift)
I highly recommend this motel. Fast friendly service and the rooms are beautiful. Thank you too all the staff. 😍😍😍

So as i was told the bacon there was turkey bacon. So i’m fixing my review to 5 stars since i didn’t realize that, some other breakfast foods were decent, but next time i’ll do toast and water.
But the rooms were great and very comfortable and that’s the most important part.
I slept so well, beds were amazing and it’s nice to have cable.
Thanks to those working the front desk, you guys are wonderful

Excellent hotel especially with young kids!

I have two small children and it was so nice to park outside our hotel room. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the breakfast selection was good. I would highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful stay. Clean room. Friendly evening front desk staff and AMAZING dinning room staff. Good breakfast with variety of hot and fresh food. Dinning room staff made sure everyone is satisfied with food and attentive to assist as well. Worth the stay.

Outstanding!!!!!! This place is a "GEM". From the time we call from ottawa to make reservation to the time of our arrival miss Diane was there... So sweet, so warm and extremely welcoming...Miss Diane a special thank you to You. Then we checked the room, very nice ,clean, the beds were comfy. NO OVERSIZED BIG FURNITURE...Keep it light. We had a great night sleep and went for the breakfast the next morning. Then we met this other wonderful lady Shirlen who ask us if we have been there before and the answer was negative so she took us around the breakfast room and showed us everything . Great work gals....We felt at home..Great customer service! BUILD IT THEY WILL COME, WE CAME AND WILL BE Back. We appreciated all your efforts inn this period of covid19.
