Excellent service and quality facilities.

This library saved my day. I needed to do the unusual thing of printing some forms but didn't want to go to a commercial store for printing just a few forms.

The Toronto public library's digital services are currently shut down and have been for a while. The Mississauga library system which is better maintained and more secure allowed me to print something even though I am not a resident of Mississauga.

In and out in 15 min, I had my print job complete.

The computers here are up to date, the furniture is new, and the library is spacious and tidy.

Even the washrooms are immaculate. The washrooms here are cleaner than the main areas of a typical Toronto public library location.

Shame on Toronto public library system for not keeping up with the times. They should maybe consider allowing Mississauga to run their library system

Wonderful library. They have private rooms for use, I find the people who work here very helpful and pleasant. It could use more outlets for laptops but decent amount of study areas. It had a nice flow too the design

Great place to get some studying done. Lots of space and very quiet. If your looking to get some books, they have a great selection to choose from.

I hate government paperwork!😠 They make it more complicated and arduous than necessary... and rarely is it user-friendly. Thank God for the Library! Thank God for Victoria, the young Librarian who walked me through scanning, and computer submissions, and other basic issues (for her, not me). I had to come to the local Library because I don't have a scanner or decent printer.. and my computer skills are rusty. Everytime my submission was returned for whatever(?), Service Ontario sends you back to the end of the line.🤪 So, another 10 working days.. That costs me, $1,500 each time, in lost employment. E-mail submissions only. No live person to tell you if you got it right, which would save the applicant money and 14 calendar days.
How counter-productive is that? A little off-topic. Thank you Libraries. You are a life-saver.

Burnhamthorpe library has a very comfortable environment to work and do assignments. Their auditorium caters for so many events all round the year, I attended a few of them. Very friendly staff.

Beautiful library, study space gets 100% full too quickly; it’s a popular place & on high demand.

Very clean location with fantastic staff. They helped me get my library card set up (after months of inactivity) and even helped me understand the printing system. I come here often to print. I am grateful for this location.

Spacious library, with lots of parking and study areas. Enriching activities for kids and the community outside of all the books, audiobooks, CDs, and magazines. Audio books are better than any application and they have different narrators to chose from.

Help to keep the space clean and safe for everyone. Be patient and kind with the staff. This is a public space for everyone.

This library is amazing, walking distance from our house, lots of study space including a silent study room with views of the park. Spacious and plenty of seating room. The staff are what make it special some of them have been around for over 20 years always helping you and keeping the place feeling like a community.

Great Library. Spacious, ample seating, charging points and free car park. Haven't been able to the color printer yet (always in use in some room) but other amenities are available.
Good place to start your kids on reading habits, with a nice area allocated for children and toys to keep then engaged

Good staff - Nice collection of Books

Pros - Free parking, 2 quiet study rooms with windows seats 5-6each, spacious single-seat workspaces with power plugs, clean, washrooms also clean, drinking fountain.

Cons - No area to heat up or eat food. Noisy unless you are seated in the quiet study rooms or have noise-isolating/noise-cancellation earphones/soft ear plugs you can get cheap from Walmart or Shoppers.

I think some people in these reviews forget a communal space like a public library is purposed for community well-being, not a personal study. I am grateful young parents have a safe air-conditioned place to bring their kids and that youth in our community have this same safe place to go to hangout.

My favorite branch! My kids and I have been visiting this library once every week since this branch opened. Very clean and well maintained place. And I can say the staff are very kind !!

Immensely academic professional learning environment for studies across the age group.

Excellent work and study spaces (a quiet study room plus many tables with plenty of electrical outlets), a find selection of books, aesthetically pleasing layout, and is located in a fine area close to food and coffee stores.

Great place to conducting meetings - specially in the private study room. Staff is always freindly and accomodating.

A really nice selection of books and really nice looking layout. It's a small library, but it is quite well maintained and has a nice vibe to it! The staff is also very nice and easily accessible from the bus stop as well!
