Brampton Library - Four Corners Branch

Lots of books for kids and adults! We had a good time exploring this branch located in the heart of Brampton (downtown)! They have a few parking stops near the entrance with another lot on the side of the building. The library has two storeys. The lower floor is mainly for kids and young adults. There is a separate area for kids in the back. They have books, audiobooks and DVDs in their catalogue.

There are computer stations across both the floors that can be accessed using a library card/membership. Membership is free and all that is needed is an ID with a photo and proof of residence. The card can be used at other libraries in Brampton as well. The staff was courteous and very helpful!

They have programs for kids and adults with a published schedule. They also have interactive programs for kids such as Lego time and other social activities for families to take part in. We also saw a couple of 3D printers and one of them was actively printing a cookie cutter!

Definitely a fun place for families to enjoy being amongst loads and loads of books! Highly recommended for the bookworms out there!

Effective July 3rd,2022 all Brampton libraries are closed on Sundays! Very well maintained and peaceful branch. Friendly, polite staff and a huge selection of books. Nice public place for your quick study or reading session. They also have computers and also you can get your prints. They charge 20cents per page for black&white prints.

Always a great place to come with family or finding a good book.

They also have fun activities like print centre's, spots to have meetings, library sessions, reading to kids.

The parking is easy to reach, there is the 1st lot that exits on to Queen Street and a second bigger lot that you go back on to John Street for.

I have been going here for years and hope to keep going!

First time going to a library in maybe 15 years! From start to finish everyone working there is very friendly/professional/informative. I had a big project I had to work on which involved me printing out 600 papers. I had to design it and print it, i didn’t expect to take so long. I had just come off a flight earlier that day and I was super exhausted so I was slower than I usually am with things. I paid for my printed documents at 9pm by the time it finished printing which is the time they usually lock the door. Staff didn’t visibly get annoyed with me even though I am sure they wanted to leave!!!! I really wanted to finish what I was doing so that I can mail out all my packages today 😊. Thank you all so much 💕💕💕

This is my homebranch and I grew up going to this library. I love bringing my kids here now - the staff is always friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and everything else you would expect from librarians really. Last year I was able to 3D print a blue printing press which I now bring along to vendor markets as an extra show of my work. I'm constantly recommending new books to the collection and they often get put on the shelves so if you don't find the book you're looking for, definitely make a recommendation! My kids love bingo and lego days. Always a joy!

Love this library. I always come here when I need a quiet environment to get work done. There is lots of space on the second floor with many power outlets. Librarians are nice and helpful.

This location is alive and functionable because of sheri...she is sooooo nice and smart...very patient and trys to truly help you with you!

Accessibility for Brampton Library Four corners branch is good. Great place to get intellectual treat with wide variety of book collection. I found some books in international language too, interesting! This library hosts many events like sewing, book bingo for kids and adults, 3D printing, many more interesting activities for kids. Facilitates to take printouts, make copies, scanning the documents, use computers, internet. Easy access of resources. They also provide space to arrange events on prior request and booking. Staff is very friendly. Enjoyed the good readings at Book Bash and book bingo. Hope soon everything will return to normal just like prior to pandemic and we can enjoy the events once again.

Very welcoming space for children and families alike. My son enjoyed the children's section and how the books are well organized by themes for easy access.

The place is like heaven for readers. You can get a book here for nearly everything and everyone. You can also get a PC and various other stuff like playing kits here. 3d printing is also available. Absolutely loved it .You cllan also do 3d printing, button making and vinyl cutting.

Well maintained library. Quiet areas of the library indeed are maintained quiet. The staff is extremely helpful. The best part about this library is that you can sign up for extended hours (5-9 pm) till April. Which is very helpful for those who wants to study at the library for a longer period of time. The only problem with this library is that (Nothing much that can be done about it), there are few homeless people in the library since this is in downtown Brampton. But hey, they have to stay warm, so I understand. Overall, I love this library.

Great place to go with toddlers.

Small but very quiet and friendly. I love coming here! Everyone speaks hush-hush and keep it short -as it should be given that you're in a library. My favorite one.

This library is in downtown brampton and has a great vibe to it.
Although the building itself feels old but the location and the people here are nice.

I have used the printing services here several times which is $0.20 for a page. I think they have programs for children as well. Overall a nice place to study

Nice place to be , never been disappointed whenever I go there, always get my documents done by helpful and considerate people that work there. Always give them a 10 out of 10.

Great branch with classy architecture. The staff are friendly and they have seating for studying on the first floor. Great location but beware the street behind the parking is one way only.

Great collection of books for children.

The staff is wonderful and helpful. It is as great place to browse and find any books of interest. My small children love coming here!
