I think it is a pretty good store if you are looking on getting some candy. Good variety of snacks and treats.

Its got everything you'd need from a convenience store and its not all packed in, there is room for people to move around. The clerks here are knowledgeable and friendly. I have experienced a few issues with scanning items I buy showing the wrong price (never in my favour, usually asking for more than the actual price)

Good store, but for a chain regularly open 24/h this location closes at midnight. But even then closes at 11am as I've discovered 3 times just after 11

I called to ask about the price of a product because I am disabled and didn’t want to waste the time/effort to physically go to this store and the man hung up on me each time after calling 3 times because he said I should just come to the store. Don’t spend your hard-earned money at this location.

It is Aug-3-2023 and time is 21:03:00 hrs, I have visited this place first time with my two kids who want to buy frosty. After we picked two frosty one for each kid we went to counter to pay. My kids are very exicited as they want to use their own debit card first time in their life. There is old age person on counter who is very impatient and started shouting and yelling at us when we asked for two seperate bills so that my both kids can use their own debit cards. And when I started teaching my kids how to debit card he started yelling at me for delay we are causing. Looking the way he is taking to me and my kids the other person behind me in the line seriously warned guy in the counter not behave like that and gave him warning that it is not appropriate behaviour. Other customers shouted at him if you cant be patient dont work at the count. This worst experience I had in canada and this Person at the count complitely spoiled my kids first experience of using the debit card, Not sure who is allowing him to work there he is not qualified to work with his mental state of mind. I will not visit this place again in my life.

The older people here have very poor customer service, very rude. They watch you like your going to steal something. When I'm in line and there's a customer infront of me, sometimes they will be nice to that customer, but as soon as I come up to the counter they are very cold and rude. Now I only go in the evenings when the younger staff is there because they are so much nicer.

Since when did Circle k stopped giving bags to customers. I walked to the store with baby to get milk and when I requested the owner for a bag he simply refused. Worst experience ever, Poor customer service.

The closing time show on google was 12 am but but they closed around 11.40pm. They need a better staff

I was tasked with making any purchase of $100 or less so it decided to buy the prepaid Visa credit cards I had called in advance to make sure that they had some in stock he said he did and I also called to make sure that they close at midnight which he confirmed. I arrived there at 10 to midnight and the clerk would not somi the prepaid Visa cards unless I paid with debit. In other words he was too lazy to count his cash float again and cared more about going home than allowing the buisness to make a quick 100$ purchase. Pretty sad.. I now understand fully what the other guests have complained about. My review will reflect this careless behaviour.

7:45 PM on May 15th the door was locked with customers inside and no one would unlock the door for me. Idk what kind of logic that is but management should be ashamed of themselves lol what a joke

Been in here about 100 times only to be screwed over for $100 worth of Juul pods. I was given the wrong strength product by the cashier and only noticed upon going outside. Came back in not 20 seconds later, showed the receipt with the wrong product, and was accused of switching out the product when the receipt clearly showed I was not given what I asked for. Avoid at all costs. Is this really how you want to treat your regulars? Pathetic.

These people that work here will nikel and dime you hassle you for ID even if you are a regular at the store. Everything is priced steep even for a standard convenience store. I was 10 cents short on a purchase and all the cashier said was "There is nothing I can do", so I chose to break a bill to pay and he shorted me 10 cents. Perfect example of passive agressive employees who hate their jobs!

Rude customer service. 1 hour before closing they rushed us to get out and told me and my friends to come in 1 by 1 for no reason whatsoever. I still dont know why these old men are working there.
