Nazreen, you are amazing and wonderful in your job. Your strength, love and compassion for the patients has impacted me during my visits to the clinic. I appreciate you for all you do.

First time visiting the clinic and it was overall good experience. It was a weekend but still not too crowded. I was walk in but they were able to register me quickly and i saw the doctor within 15 minutes.

Dr. Salah is one of the best doctors i’ve ever meet, he is full knowledgable and very helpful, my son had a wart and he was so professional to deal with, it worth the wait time.

Really sad to see all the recent negative reviews but I want to add my positive experience here.
I have had only good experiences with Dr Bano. Somehow she manages to make you feel cared for and keep the appointment quick at the same time which is an experience I have not had before.
As for the front desk staff, I have not interacted with them too much beyond scheduling appointments but what I have had has been pleasant and rather timely.

Today I visited the clinic and had a dental cleaning session with the specialist Sarah, and I feel satisfied with her work and the result ،my appreciation for the decent treatment of the reception staff.

Doctor bano is the best doctor I've had in canada. She is so caring and you can feel it even if she is busy! This place is fast and efficient, and with appointments, i never had to wait more than 5 minutes.
Truly a blessing

I’ve been going to this clinic since 2018 they were terrible and slow and there is always waiting time whether you have an appointment or not.

However now they are great, organized, fast, and NO WAIT just make sure to take an appointment coz they don’t accept walk-ins.

Miclinic should be really proud of their staff ,, for more than five times I ve not been treated but with a professional manner , one of the staff named Asma ,, was really nice and have exceeded my expectation when it come to customer service, professional manner and patience , not to mention her significant smile and positive attitude I have to applaud the miclinc HR

I am coming to Dr. Jamal Alwan for my health issues since last 2 years at Erin Medical center/MI Clinic. I personally found Dr. Jamal extremely professional medical practitioner, who really cares about the health and well being of his patients seriously. After 2 years of complete satisfaction under his treatment, I finally made him my family doctor and recommended him to couple of my friends too, who will see him in coming days. Dr. Jamal have all the qualities of a perfect family physician, if anyone looking for it in Erin Mills area. Thank you.

From the very early stage of my family’s new life in Canada, Dr.Salah and mi-clinic open it’s doors to welcome us and gave us a life model of how human compassion is more important than just service providing. I found out about dr Ali after visiting a lot of doctors trying to find out a solution to a medical condition I had ,, he figured it out in one visit and been going there ever since ,, One of the best doctors out there ,, I drive from Oakville to see him ,, very friendly and helpful and always takes his time and goes the extra mile ,, very professional and clean clinic and staf ,,daughters wife friends and family now all go there and every one loves to go and see him ***** 5 stars ,, keep up the good work
