Dr Zando is amazing. She is so patient, understanding and knowledgeable. Her professional helper Fazia is just incredible as well they both make you feel comfortable and welcomed. They for sure help you get through any rough situation anyone is going through with there health, and know how to correct it and make you feel 100% again and feel good about your overall health and well being. Dr Zando’s front receptionist is wonderful as well she’s so kind, polite and cheerful. She always is flexible with me for when it comes to booking appointments for me and she’s always a happy person for what I’ve experienced. Also one last thing the nurse in the back who does your blood pressure and weight she is truly great as well. She’s so kind always asks how your doing and is super genuine. I will give this clinic and there staff 5 stars plus and all I can say is keep up the true wonderful work Dr Zando and staff! You all have been great with me and I couldn’t ask for anything better! Dr Zando is great. She helped me with my ear problem very quickly. Highly recommended

My family and I have been with Dr. Zando for over a year. She's a great doctor, thorough. Clinic is sometimes busy but calling in advance always helps. Dr. Zando and her team have been helpful in helping me sort out some major health concerns and she's is great with my children as well. If you are seeking a family doctor (she also does walk in) I would recommend seeing her and decide for yourself.

Dr. Zando is one of the most wonderful, caring and compassionate doctors I have ever come across. She listens, understands, and diagnosis your issue with proper hesitation and deep understanding. Every single doctor I have visited is either rude, disrespectful, or blames your own issues on you! Unbelievable... Thank god I have found her, been under her care for the last 3 months, and do not plan on switching to anywhere else. If there is something wrong, best believe that Dr. Iram Zando will figure out what is going on, and get you the medical attention your diagnosis requires. Staff is extremely polite and friendly, thank you once more Dr. Zando, keep it up!

Dr. Zando is a very attentive, caring, bold, and knowledgable doctor. When I went for my appointment she took her time to listen to my concerns and explained everything clearly. She's quite friendly and talkative! Her staff is also very courteous and has excellent bedside manner. The clinic is also very clean and welcoming.

I've been going to Dr.Zando for a while and I have always had a good experience. She is an extremely experienced doctor. Shes funny and gets right to the point. She takes her patients seriously and is readily available when you need her!

Doctor Iram is most patient friendly doctor I have ever seen. You can tell if someone truly cares about you, she is just that. Takes time for her patients - listens to all their concerns very carefully. I am very fortunate to be referred to her.

I find Dr Zando very thorough and detailed. She really takes the time to care for everything one is going through. The clinic she has now is so nice and clean and her staff is very attentive. The long wait times can improve but they're no different from other clinics so what can one do.

My dad had a shoulder issue and went to his doctor to see what's going on. The doctor said he just pulled a muscle so physio and medication would fix it. He wanted a second opinion so he went to Dr.Zando she did her diagnosis and decided that my dad should go get some x-rays, something wasn't right. From those x-rays we found out that he needed bypass surgery. I believe Dr.Zando saved my dad from a stroke or heart attack which was inevitable. Without her original diagnosis we would have no idea and my dad would have been in great danger. Thank you Dr.Zando !! Highly recommend her as a doctor!

I recently chose Dr. Zando as my family doctor at the credit valley health Center. During covid I had a nightmare of a time trying to find a doctor that would see me and had to call about 6 clinics (even with a negative covid test). I finally found got an appointment with Dr. Zando and she was amazing in every regard and got me the care I needed! Highly recommend
