Why can't these clinics be more upfront & honest about their services and limitations? They cannot fit anyone in for weeks, even months, they're incapable of taking urgent appointments at all.....in the many times ive attempted same day appt, they always tell me to call the after 5pm #. But I am sure summerville is not alone, they need to remove the "walk in" wording from all their postings, , they are hard working and kind health care providers, from desk to nurse to Dr but they are part of a broken health system here in Canada, who can't keep up with the growing population with over worked under paid professionals with top heavy regulating bodies that govern nurses and Dr's and other professionals. But these point of providers fail at educating the public with poor or no marketing, or maybe the ministry needs to step up?

Not a walk-in clinic for non patients

It is not a walk-in clinic and this is wrong information. They also put a sign in their door that they accept new patients but when I asked, they said we don’t accept.

My family doctors was completely backed up so I tried to take my son to a nearby walking clinic. This one comes up labeled summerville WALK-IN clinic. Upon arrival they told me they do not take walk in patients.....
