Credit Valley Hospital Emergency Room

I had to bring my 2 year old in for shortness of breath and was triaged within 5 minutes of stepping in and had a bed in the Acute ward within 30minutes. All the nurses and admin staff were super friendly and helpful, the nurse in charge was so good with babies when she doesn't have one on her own. We waited abit for Xray and the doctor but everyone treated us very well. Thank you so much for looking after us during this busy holiday period.

I was in the Er last night. Total time was less than 4 hours (thrusday night from 9:30pm to 1:00am. Staff was very nice, and humble. The lady/nurse who assist me in the fornt in Raz department was so nice, humble and friendly forgot her name though and also the Er Dr. Katherine soucie, so nice, friendly and humble. Answer all my questions and concerns. Thank you so much for you care.

Dr Kevin Hopper is the most validating Dr and best ED physician out there ! Thank you for giving your patients 100% of your time and effort - that’s really hard in the ED and it doesn’t go unnoticed :)

Visited during vivid with a broken heel and the nurses and doctors helped get diagnosed and back home in less than 8 hours total. Friendly staff

I was taken to Credit Valley Hospital in an Ambulance 2 years ago with extreme abdominal pain. In a blood test they found I had Leukemia. I was there 4 days then 4 day of nurse at home and from the moment I stepped in there the service was amazing. Two years later I'm healthy and living a great life all thanks to THP. I've become a monthly donor too. Kudos to all the doctors and nurses that kept serving us throughout the Pandemic.

I brought my daughter to Credit Valley ER twice this week and we where there for 10+ hours both times. Every single nurse and doctor who saw us were utterly incredible and worked tirelessly to find a diagnosis. Nurse Michael deserves a special thanks for being so incredible with my daughter and I cannot express enough how everyone was fantastic. Thank you so much Credit Valley team.

I went there for my son broken and bleeding toe. Didn't wait so long in the emergency as I was expecting. It was only 20 minutes till a nurse examined my son, then she sent us to the doctor. Friendly, professional staff.

Waiting time at registration in ER is crazy.. 4 hours.
But once you are admitted to the Hospital. It's one of the best in the GTA. All staff are great people❤❤

Amazing doctors, nurses and support staff. All very kind and friendly. It definitely can take a long time to get checked/tested etc but they provide great service.

I was taken to credit valley hospital emergency dept after arriving by ambulance due to severe pain and fever caused by a severe kidney infection on July 7,2020 and was admitted to unit 1C, After 2 days of being on the unit, i was told that there was a covid outbreak, luckily the nurses were amazing and kept me calm. I was nervous of course but they put precautions in place right away, so i was in my room for the majority of my stay, July 7 - July 15, 2020. I like to give a Big Thank You to all the nurses and my doctor (Dr. Levitz) for keeping me safe. 2 of the nurses need to be comended for going above and beyond for me during my stay, Candace & Deepa of 1C, these 2 women were absolutely amazing, they kept me calm and just had the Biggest Hearts I've seen in a long time. There's a special place in my heart for these 2. Even during these hard times, all the nurses are doing there part at taking care of each patient. Thank you again.

ER wait is same like other Hospitals in GTA but this Hospital has best Doctors much better than William oysler
