Brampton Civic Hospital Entrance A

The nurses at the reception were amazing and so were the security.

I came in with an emergency about sudden hearing loss in my right ear and ringing .

Had about 1 hr wait time to get registered, then onto UCC .

Waited inside for an ENT specialist for about 2 hrs . As expected, my situation is not life or death so ; it’s understandable.

Dr Rahim Valani was very polite and friendly. He looked into my hearing test results and gave me a steroid prescription .

Overall , I had no hearing before. Now my ringing has reduced and I can hear really faint . That’s progress ❤.

Had surgery today and one of the great experience with the hospital, Doctors and staff. Wallahi i am very impressed. Thy have very professional friendly staff and doctors with great team work. My pain was unbearable but the way i got treated by the doctor and Nurses is incredibly helpful. Definitely recommended every one in case of surgery related treatments..Dr Lie and ansthisa specialist Doc nasir both were amazing. And My favorite Staff nurse Florence is such an angel she made my painful day into funniest and cheerful one.. Thank you so much Brampton Civic Hospital for providing us great health system and i would love to work as a volunteer in future after my full recovery IA.. Don’t know about the other departments but the LABOUR AND DELIVERY department is very nice. All the nurses and office staff are very helpful. My experience was amazing. I had so many complications with my pregnancy but I was taken care very well.

Despite of others i would like to say the service was excellent in Labour and delivery department, everyone behaves professional especially SONIYA NURSE. doing great work

I went for my MRI there on yesterday night . The staff’s behaviour was so polite and humble with each and every patient . I was feeling so nervous for my procedure. There was two guys and one lady at the front desk . They explained full procedure to me and after procedure I felt dizzy. The guy behaved so politely and let me sit for few minutes on chair and gave me water . After that I felt so good and I came back . Thanks for your good service guys . Keep it up.

I brought my 15 year old, they diagnosed him with diabetes. The personal was very kind and helpfull in the emergency room, in the pediatrics ward we had the attention of some very wonderful nurses and doctors. Specially Brittany whom exeded her duties and was always explaining to us all procedures always with a smile! Made our stay way better. Thank you all, and keep up the good work!

Dr. Martin kuuskne is the one of the best and caring physician in brampton civic hospital. He listen to the patient and give best treatment . I had a gall bladder removal surgery in september and i booked for the ultrasound appointment but because of covid protection guidelines , my appointment was postponed but i had a pain in my stomach. I went to the hospital and OPD refer me to emergency , they said you have to go in emergency department. After more than 6 hours waiting in emergency i met dr. Martin kuuskne and he said you have to go in OPD for ultrasound . I said i already went there , they refer me here. Then Dr. Martin help me in booking appointment for ultrasound. I got appointment for next day for ultrasound. and he also talked to OPD guys that why are you sending your OPD patient to emergency. Thank you Dr. Martin kuuskne for your help.

Angiogram. Okay so I had this done at Toronto General many years ago, so I knew what to expect. NOPE! They didn't go in through my groin, they went in at my right wrist. When all was said and done I was told that they inserted two stents into my heart. In and out the same day, terrific nurses and wonderful doctors. It was a couple of weeks later that someone mentioned that this is actually a type of heart surgery. Go Figure! I don't know about other departments in this Hospital, but the Cardiac unit that took care of me was fantastic.

Labour and Delivery department all the Nurses and Doctors are awesome . They took care of my wife and the baby through out the Labour and post labour . Moreover did all the important test on the mom and baby as required to make sure they are safe n sound. Great experience so far . Bless up all the staff

Large hospital, could use more directional boards

They took long but they did well…especially nurse Harpreet Singh he ordered a sandwich and some other stuff for me to eat…so it was nice experience overall and it made me feel like i am very great full to him…tnx Harpreet Singh for being there to support me in my hard time

Have been many times as a visitor and a patient

The Hospital needs more staff. The current staff are overwhelmed and need a break. Thanks for all the hard work.
