Amazing experience , called in to make sure they had the medication i needed , lady on the phone assured me , when i went there to pick my meds , the lady already had them stored for me , i felt special and superb , most heart warming thing , thank you for an epic customer service , highly recommend 🙂 5 stars .

Staff was friendly and courteous. Remembered me from 2 weeks ago and that was the first time in the store. Very helpful. Great people and store.

Get our prescription s here. Been going for about 10 years. Always Friendly and helpful. Staff has always been courteous and helpful. Pharmacy is amazing Staff. They are always busy however willing to help.

Good store with pharmacy

My mother went there to refill her medication she takes before her chemotherapy session. She stood at the counter waiting for one of the pharmacist to acknowledge her, when one of the two ladies looked over and saw her but continued their conversation with each other completely disregarding my mother standing there. My mother stood there for over 5 minutes waiting for someone to help her and no one did. Eventually my mother left and decided to call in the prescription. When she returned the ladies continued to disregard her standing at the counter. Eventually, someone else had to come and help my mother. Please improve your customer service.

Very slow. I just had a post-op, and said itll take 15 to 20 mins to give my prescriptions. But over 50 mins to just get my medications. I would've gone to my local pharmacy, but took a bad choice of just getting the medications in the hospital. They are very behind and take too long. I would recommend taking your prescription notes to somewhere else.

Worst experience and rude customer service !

As per Rexall vaccine booking site. this location is shows first come first serve so I went to take my 2nd dose of vaccination but the customer service refused to accept by saying that I need to book appointment even after showing their website that shows first come first serve . She didn't help me book a new appointment or consider talking to their manager in regards to this situation and moreover there is no patients at the store when I walked in . They could have offered me a shot rather than giving a reason to refuse a person who is willing to accept the vaccination. Worst Worst experience and I will never ever go to any recall location.

Have three different doses of one prescription. Called to order a refill of one of them. They were supposed to contact me when the refill was ready. Two weeks later, no call. I called them and they said they never sent the fax to the doctor for the refill. I asked them again to do it. One week later... they called back to say that they have the OTHER TWO doses refilled, not the one I originally called about in the first place. A week later, the other one is not filled because "the doctor didn't respond to the fax". How can they not fill a prescription in one month? Why did they get the other two refilled and not the one we actually asked for?

Staff doesnt seem to know all aspects of their job, renting equipment became a 45 minute ordeal. Did not help that when returning it, its was nearly the same. Process is very simple at other hospitals.

The people who work here are irresponsible and unaccountable of their job. I faxed my prescription twice with a completed receipt that it went through but after 3 days when I called them they lost it and denied that they received the prescription. I had to do all over again.

The pharmacy staff are not helpful. Because of how useless these people are I will never shop at any Rexall ever again!!!

Waiting time is longer than procedure time.
