GoodLife Fitness Brampton Kingspoint Plaza

This gym is phenomenal! The facilities are top-notch with clean, well-maintained equipment and a variety of classes for all levels. The staff is incredibly supportive and knowledgeable, creating a positive and motivating atmosphere specially Maxy and Yatin. The community vibe is fantastic, fostering a sense of camaraderie. Since joining, I've seen amazing results both physically and mentally. It's more than just a gym; it's a place that empowers you to be your best self. Highly recommend!

I’ve been coming to this location for years and now, the gym is constantly clean and organized. Yatin, the most recent general manager has been doing a fantastic job keeping the club in check and presentable for members. Himself and his staff also make you feel welcome as you enter the gym. This location is the best in the peel region!

In light of a very specific and targeted recent review, by someone who did not get their way and found it necessary to slander the name of a very proficient front desk employee for "doing their job", by using speculative and illogical presumptions, I'd like to take this opportunity to denounce those claims and share my experience of the Kingspoint Plaza location.

I joined Goodlife in January 2023 from another reputable commercial gym, and admittedly was not sure if I made the right decision. I visited the other locations, before Kingspoint, which in contrast is a bit smaller. However, the equipment and setup work quite magnificently. The one thing that I appreciate most of all is the efficiency and professionalism of that staff at the front desk, specifically Andrea and Lucia. It is a very inclusive atmosphere that is demonstrated by staff, Andrea specifically. She is firm on the rules, which is greatly respected and her manager should be grateful for her level of professionalism. She ensures the space is up to cleanliness standards and always organized, which allows for the utmost pleasurable experience when trying to get a proper workout in. The Kingspoint location is the reason I know I made the right decision to leave my previous gym.

Lastly, to go back to the claims of ageism and racism, this couldn't be further from the truth and stem from the assumptive and speculative nature of someone who just did not get their way and feels entitled to state anything because of it. As an immigrant of colour, I've never felt anything but welcomed by Andrea, from the moment I enter until I leave. This is the same for others at this location, regardless of age, race, ability, sexual orientation, etc. These claims are false and should be substantiated by actual examples, rather than a speculative rant.

My favourite/preferred location. Front desk is so friendly. It’s 24 hours and staff are constantly cleaning. Best women’s section I’ve visited as it’s a 1/3 of the gym so you really don’t need to leave to get your full workout complete. Instructors for classes are friendly and engaging too. Bonus being greeted with a smile by the Manager there.

This review in in direct response to a prior review by “Cristina” regarding front desk employee Andrea at this location.
I have been an active member at this gym for over 10 years and HAVE NEVER experienced or witnessed any type of inappropriate language or behavior from the said above employee. I am of Caribbean descent and have always felt respected by Andrea. She has always been helpful and if someone feels annoyed or offended by her doing her job and following company policy then that person needs to go work out somewhere else!

I have had a GoodLife membership for years and have been to the Kingspoint location dozens of times (I like that they have a large Women’s section). I find the staff to be very kind and friendly and the facilities are very clean! What prompted me to write this review was my interaction with Andrea. I was having a bad morning, didn’t feel like working out but I showed up anyway. Andrea was the ball of sunshine I needed! She is always incredibly friendly, kind and accommodating. I look forward to my visits

I would also like to have a response to this “Cristina” post. First off Andrea is top of the line for customer service and goes way above and beyond for all members and non members! To come out and make such a terrible statement about someone who is NOTHING to what you have stated shows what type of character and person you are. You are preying on people’s job and profession to get an extra work out for free. Entitled much. Rules are rules and life doesn’t make exceptions only to you. In my opinion GoodLife has definitely dodged a bullet in you not entering and bringing your toxicity to the club. Also please don’t swell your head on looking young, all mirrors no matter the cost let the brains imagination think you are more than what you really look like. Andrea is an all time fan favourite in that club. Shame on you for trying to wreck her name and her character, but you rubbed the members at this club the wrong way because we will always stand up for Andrea.
Lastly racist? Ha. You are one of thee most uneducated human beings and again GoodLife definitely dodged this mess.

Andrea is one of the most positive workers at KP! Working with her AND being greeted by her also as a member I have never had any issues. She has always gone above and beyond at work for her members and staff. Keep it up Andrea :)

Cleanest GoodLife gym in Brampton!!! Staff is cheerful, friendly and courteous. They greet you with a big smile at the entrance and even escort you to the group fitness rooms if you’re unaware of the where the class is taking place. Washrooms are the cleanest. The Yoga instructor on Friday mornings is one of the best instructors I have seen. You get personal attention towards your yoga positions and she would correct your posture if it’s not right which would eventually help you to stay away from any injury. Loved my hot yoga session today!! Thanks to the guy at the front with moustache who escorted me to the hot yoga room.

This is the best gym, especially goodlife, in Brampton. Andrea is amazing and greets me almost every morning. Would recommend to anyone interested in a less busy and more close knit facility.

The goodlife here is so huge, don't let the outside appearance fool you! The women's coed is 24 hrs and it's the biggest one I've seen! The staff is so friendly too, especially Brianna and Abi ! :)

Sandeep Thapliyal stands out as an exemplary member of the gym staff, providing excellent assistance and encouragement. The gym staff's exceptional professionalism and friendliness create a welcoming atmosphere. Together, the dedicated team and pristine surroundings make every visit to the gym a positive and energizing experience. Highly recommended for fitness enthusiasts!

This gym has a great atmosphere! All staff seem very friendly. I started training with Vanessa and she's just amazing!!! She goes above and beyond to help me reach my fitness goals even when I feel like giving up! She's very encouraging and makes working out fun.

6 MONTH UPDATE: I've completed 6 months of training with Vanessa. She is truly one of the best trainers out there! She is incredibly passionate about what she does! I would definitely recommend her to anyone who's looking for a trainer. She made the gym a fun place to be while constantly encouraging me to achieve my goals. I could not thank her enough for what she has done for my fitness journey.

Today, I called to get info on more than just membership costs and had the pleasure of speaking to Lucia, a front line rep. She was friendly and informative and called me back with additional info from head office. If all Kingspoint GoodLife employees are as personable and eager to help, this is where I want to get back into shape.

I've been a member of Goodlife since early 2000 and Kingspoint Goodlife has been my home gym since day one. I've seen this gym expand in every possible way. From their tier 1 trainers and staff, the gym footprint, cleanliness, culture, members, this Goodlife excels in every avenue. I've been to Goodlife's across Canada and none compare. There will always be Karen's that will try and put down a gym/staff but the true members know day in and day out how great we have it and we wouldn't change it one bit. I've built life time friendships from this gym, and I look forward to coming to this gym for years to come. Thank you Kingspoint Goodlife for the impact you've made on my life, and everyone else in our community!

I love this gym. I’ve been a member for a very long time and I enjoy coming here. Today, the manager Sandeep went above and beyond for me! He helped me out AND my family visiting from out of the country. I called in before we got there and he remembered our names when we walked in, without even meeting us. I love when companies and managers show that they care about their people! Thank you so much for everything. 🧡

This is the best GoodLife I’ve ever been too! The facility is always so clean and the staff are so welcoming, friendly and supportive. You can see how much pride they take in keeping this location in tip top shape. I’ve been to different locations across Brampton and this is by far my favourite. The staff at the front are always so warm when greeting you or helping you deal with issues such as locking your locker key inside your locker. I come across Amanda every time I come in for a workout and she’s always so amazing when dealing with my sister and I. Thanks kingspoint GoodLife! You guys are the best
