7X Fitness for Women

I recently decided to leave my old gym and join here and I have to say it was probably one of the best decisions I’ve
made. The gym is never too busy, super clean, spacious and literally has every equipment necessary to do full workouts. There’s even a separate studio room to do certain workouts which can be used if there’s no classes going on. The owner and girls who work at the front are so kind and the environment is really empowering which motivates you to go. Every time I’ve gone, everyone always is sanitizing and wiping down the equipment they use or unloading the weights which is pretty rare to find at other gyms. I would recommend anyone looking for a women’s only gym to come here because it’s probably one of the best gyms in Brampton.

Joining 7X is the best decision I took. I would give this gym 100/10. Super clean. Super comfortable environment for women. Fully equipped.The trainers are extremely good and encouraging. It’s Nothing like other gyms.

My mom and I recently joined this gym and we absolutely love it. All staff members are very friendly, and they have great equipment. This place is a gem and I'm so thankful it's there for women can workout in an environment that is safe and welcoming.

My sister and I joined this Women only gym sometime in January 2022, and we are happy we did! The space is non-judgemental and staff are super friendly. This gym not only helped us boost our self-esteem and confidence in the way we look and feel, but also motivated us to try out new equipments! Prior to attending this gym, I’d only participate in cardio workouts, but by two months into joining, I found myself using majority of the weight machines! On a scale of 1 to 10, I’d give this gym a rating of 9.5 for the equipment, staff, cleanliness and environment. If you are depending whether to join this gym, I would definitely recommend it! It’s a great beginner friendly workout space!

I've been wanting to go to the gym for years but could not find one that I could be comfortable in. They were all way too big and intimidating. When I heard about an all women's gym nearby, I had to check it out. The environment of this gym is very welcoming and it's a comfortable space to work out in with only women there.

Also, Olivia is an awesome trainer! She is patient and knowledgeable.

This facility is perfect for women who want to their gym to feel like a home, comfortable and safe. All the windows and doors are professionally covered for privacy with all. new equipment. The gym is spacious, has a studio for many classes they offer and their prices are reasonable. The space overall is very clean and organized. Would def recommend for anyone looking for an all women's gym.

Started going here recently and absolutely love it. The staff and owners are very friendly. The gym is clean, has lots of equipment and is a very positive environment.

7X Fitness is an amazing place! The staff are all very knowledgeable and kind and the gym it’s self is beautiful! Fully stocked with everything you need for an awesome workout. Their personal trainers are also amazing and very encouraging! Love the amenities they have for their members including sanitary products just in case. Love the fact that it is women’s only and run by women. 11/10 would highly recommend!

My mom is loving it so far. She loves the group class instructors and their patience with beginners while ensuring they have the right forms during the workouts.

She has yet to use the gym but is a bit apprehensive if she'd be able to do it right...will update the review with more details later!

This is the women's only gym that Brampton has been missing! Beautiful and always clean with very friendly and professional staff. A great selection of equipment and the classes are amazing! I have been recommending this gym to all of my family and friends.

After trying various gyms I can genuinely say that 7X is the perfect fit for me. The gym is very spacious and incredibly clean, the classes that are offered are very fun and beneficial. The owner and staff are incredibly kind and caring. I feel very welcome and comfortable when I come in daily for my workouts. I am so thrilled to be a member of 7X Fitness.

From the moment you walk in it feels very welcoming, beautiful space, state of the art fitness machines and big bright studio. The change rooms are fully stocked with everything you need, hair accessories, hair products even feminine products for emergencies! I love working out in such a beautiful space that has a spa atmosphere with the comforts of home. A must experience for all the women out there, the classes are so much fun!

Gym is always clean, lots of equipment, good music, friendly staff and owner! Comfortable environment for a woman to work out in! 💕 My personal trainer Allison is the best !

This is one of the best gyms to work at. The environment is really nice and you feel comfortable. Love this place. Really wish for the hours to be extended. Would make a huge diff.

Everyone here is so friendly, warm, and welcoming they made me feel so comfortable they have everything so many fun activities for everybody to participate in so spacious and really cool place to hangout and exercise . Everyone there is so approachable you can talk to them about anything it’s the best place to go too I highly recommend it for sure absolutely I give it 5 golden stars 10/10 this place is incredible nobody judges you everyone wants to achieve the same goals in life and they helped me overcome my social anxiety now they taught me how to feel more confident and comfortable in my skin and not to worry about what other people think . It’s so therapeutic and empowering hearing their word was of encouragement it’s so uplifting and they motivate me to work harder and be a better and stronger version of myself .they touched my life in such a huge way and because of them I don’t have low self esteem anymore I feel powerful and unstoppable. Their just lovely people overall in general it’s a beautiful gym it’s so clean and organized and it’s very appealing and presentable I like how it’s not too crowded how your able to get some privacy in their when you like it’s an awesome place to be . 😊

I went this morning to see the gym from inside and the classes. Amazing place and staff. How fortunate I am to know this place to do workout and classes. Thank you Allya and Sharon B ( the Instractor).

It's a comfortable place to get to your fitness goals.
No one judges you and you make fitness friends while at the same time your getting healthier.
The classes are AMAZING as well 10/10 would recommend
