When I found out I was lactose intolerant I was upset and worrried since all I know is dairy. Thankfully one of the employees took the time out of his day to help me find the dairy free products. I had asked another employee if he knew but he didn't. Would help to train all employees on subjects like this.

Update: July 12th my partner of 32 years informed me, "Sorry Iz, they were out of mascarpone slices but I got you a carrot cake slice for your dessert" Sadly, I won't be shopping at your location anymore as I am relocating back to my roots in big city of Toronto
I am a COLOSSAL support of Food Banks and I love seeing Metro, No Frills, Freshco, Sobey's and other grocery chains keep a box for donations and those pre-made ones you can purchase for $5 or $7 or $10 - it isn't only for special occasions and we need to help our neighbours who are struggling with financial burdens and need healthy foods

The staff was helpful and efficient. Using the electric cart and basket was fast and painless when I shopped. No line up to deal with either.

This is my Metro because I honestly feel safer shopping here than Any other supermarket!
The staff are polite and helpful. The cashiers are constantly cleaning their stations. At no other supermarket do I see this!
At the entrance, the number of people coming in is monitored whenever restrictions are in place.
Thanks to the manager and all the staff for everything you are doing to keep us and yourselves safe in these times.

Thank you to Sammy in the meat department, I waited 10 minutes at the fish counter no one around? Even though it's not his station he was happy to help me. Amazing!! so pleasant to get great customer service.

As always Metro is known for variety of products and fresh produce, staff is very friendly and helpful. Above all their cleanliness is top priority.

Bought a custom birthday cake with the option of fresh seasonal fruit and it was such a cute design with a high hill and pearls. The cake itself was a huge hit and my friends couldn't stop talking about the fresh fruit cream center. The cake was only $35 bucks for custom fed about 20 people. Definitely recommend

Love shopping at Metro. Very clean and they have the freshest fruits and vegetables. They are a but more expensive but you get great quality stuff. The staff is very friendly there also. There stone oven pizza is amazing.

I remember coming here last week with the love of my life and we picked up a precooked chicken which was $11.99. Together we pulled our change and it was actually a fun experience because we ate chicken. Night and the next day together and spent a wonderful New Year's Eve together.

Good prices, nice to see they have the 'Just Egg' vegan product, but price is $2 more than my local branch. Nice two pack of buns.

This metro had the sale items I needed! This is a first especially in Brampton, whenever there is a sale item most grocery stores are out of stock the first day!
The staff were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely return to this location.

Good quality expensive food

Tidy environment, great quality products. Prices for everyday products seem to be a little more expensive, but their steak and meats that go on sale are a good deal.
