Ritz furniture is great! And their prices are even better! I have purchased a sofa set, a single bunk bed, a double bunk bed, queen bed, mattresses and many more items. The furniture is of good quality. Remember: "You get what you pay for." I have had no issues with my items. The customer service is wonderful. Satinder is AMAZING! He makes you feel like family. I kept coming back to Ritz because I knew Satinder would take care of me. I have sent my family to him, also. The people who do the accounting in the back are so nice and professional. Even, the guys who work in the warehouse are pleasant. Overall, I have had a great experience at Ritz. They are a great furniture store! Keep up the great work!

Furniture shopping is not easy nowadays, problem is everyone is saying they sell lowest price but what about service.? No one talks about service and after service. Ritz furniture honestly won our hearts today . Sales team said they back all products with after service and best price in GTA.

We've recently purchased furniture for our whole house from this store, Nazir helped us finding the right furniture for our home. I must say he is very knowledgeable & did many followup with the manufacturers for few items of our choice. The quality of furniture & service is marvelous.

And the customer service is unbelievable same day of purchase they called me for the timings of the delivery and next day i got my delivery. Ritz were scheduled from 2-5. They arrived at 1. BONUS! When do they ever show up early?! We had a bing sectional to be put together as well as 4 chairs and a kitchen table. The 2 guys were quick, pleasant and cleaned everything. Friendly and quick and my place looks immaculate!! Loved all the service from in store to delivery. Thanks guys.

I highly recommend Ritz Furniture Planet. Prince is an excellent sales person. He helped me with my order on April 23. He told 6 to 8 wks for our furniture delivery. We received our new dinette set & Chaises Lounge on June 30th. Furniture is gorgeous & excellent quality. We had to assemble dinette set & the instructions were clear & easy to follow. The delivery guys were very nice & did excellent job. The saving were excellent & worth the drive from Brantford to Mississauga. 💯💯

After visiting so many furniture store. We came to Ritz furniture and met Satinder Singh. What a great sales man and a genuine person. He was very patient and listened to all our needs. Finally with his suggestion we bought bedroom set and a mattress for our new home and we love it. The mattress is amazing.

Me and my husband recently made a purchase at Ritz and we bought a king bed set. We had a budget in mind and went up straight with the same to the salesperson. Karan and Monika helped us during the visit. Got the bed delivered the very next day. The guys who came to deliver were really humble and set up the bed without any hustle.
