Chair I was looking for was $1099 in store. Thought I wud check out the outlet and so glad I did. $449 for the chair I wanted. New stock every Wednesday so if u are in the area, it is worth stopping. Really depends on what ur looking for and when ur there but the prices are good. Bucket chair is shown in pic.

I have had such a wonderful shopping experience here on numerous occasions. Lily has helped me a few times now & I’m so grateful! She was very knowledgeable about the products, and helped me come up with a solution to fix a bed I purchased. I will continue to shop here & recommend it to my friends. Thank you!

This store had a great selection, and associate Donna helped us find exactly what we were looking for when we came shopping for a sofa. Highly recommended for furniture and accent for any room. We will be back!

Nadee is amazing! I recently purchased a couple of dining chairs and a sideboard table. She was super helpful and friendly. I wasn’t able to pick up the table right away, but she was accommodating and held it until I could get back to the store. The prices are great too and most pieces of furniture only have small imperfections.

If you’re in the area it’s worth a quick trip. The staff are helpful in explaining their policies and how inventory works there. We didn’t find anything but there were good deals, especially if you’re willing to oversee minor imperfections.

We had an amazing experience at this store! Nadee was very helpful! She gave us advice on what colour table we should go with for our dining room according to the colours in our space, she also helped us pick chairs to go with the table. We are extremely happy with the service we received at this location from Nadee and are even happier with the end result and how it all looks together! Highly recommend visiting this outlet location.

I had an issue with my armchair, which I had bought from another store and I was supposed to exchange it for a new one at the pick-up centre, located in the back of the building. However, upon arriving the staff in the back couldn’t find my order and they asked me to contact customer care. But before doing that, I went in to the outlet store to see if they could help me solve the issue. The ladies at the store were incredibly responsive and attentive, showing genuine concern for my situation. They promptly looked up the exchange order and told me that there were issues pertaining to the way the order was created. Afterwards, they told me exactly what to say to the online customer care before contacting them, to help speed up the process.

Once I contacted customer care they gave me a new order number, and asked me to go back to the pick-up centre in the back and to give the new order details to the staff there. Turns out, the armchair was there all along, but they couldn’t find it due to some issues with their internal ordering system.

In the end, I successfully exchanged my chair, and for which I thank the ladies at the outlet store for guiding me throughout the process, leaving me completely satisfied with the outcome.

I highly recommend this Urban Barn outlet store for their outstanding customer support. You can trust that they'll have your back if any issues arise.

Dealing with store manager, Nadee, was a very positive experience. She was most hopefully via telephone and messaging. She went over and above in assisting me with an item that was only available at the outlet store. I also had dealings with other staff over the phone - all were kind, courteous and very helpful. The Ladies at the Mississauga Outlet store are amazing at what the do. Very helpful, kind and knowledgeable ladies. I asked them to look out for a product I really wanted and I had a phone call the next week. Thank you Nadee and Christine for all your help in purchasing my bedroom furniture and coffee table. We purchased furniture earlier this year and had an amazing experience so we drove the 2 hours to go back to the outlet. It was absolutely worth our time. Nadee was so helpful with great suggestions and ideas. A terrific variety of items. Prices were GREAT!

I had a great experience buying my first couch here, the staff was super helpful and reminded me to sign up to get an extra discount! Lilly was awesome and totally sold me on the couch that I choose, she was so knowledgable and sweet - I came back the next day to finish the sale with her and can't wait for my couch to come in!

Beyond AMAZING customer service at this Urban Barn location! I literally drive over an hour to purchase everything from Nadee. So far she has put together my kitchen, living room and dining room!! They all look gorgeous! I'm constantly getting compliments! Can't thank you enough Nadee! I'll be back soon to put together our bedrooms!
