Mobilia's products are of good quality and modern design. We usually deal with Reshma at Mobilia Mississauga who is very responsive and provides great support and design ideas. We are pleased with their warranty and after care services. The delivery people were friendly as well. If you are looking for quality furniture, this should be your go-to store and Reshma should be your go-to sales rep for sure!

My wife and I have been shopping at Mobilia for over 25 years. Recently we purchased a leather sectional sofa from Reshma in the Mississauga Mobilia. The service from start to finish was amazing. She showed us many options to go with our decor and was very knowledgeable about the different sofa's and gave us many ideas to elevate our room. Shopping at Mobilia, you will get both value for your money and a knowledgeable sales rep in Reshma.

I purchased the whole package of furniture for my new house here. They include Italian reclined sofas, coffee tables, dining tables and chairs, beds and bedroom furnitures... All is perfect for their beautiful design, quality and reasonable price. Delivery are on time as promised and free instalment services are very excellent. Especially, I am so happy with Reshma, a senior salesperson of Mobilia Dundas, Mississauga. She is so friendly, helpful and often gives me great deals whenever I come to purchase my stuffs here.

I purchased the Wimzy porcelain dinning table and 8 dining chairs from the Mobilia Mississauga showroom. Reshma's customer service went above and beyond! She was very respectful and good listener to our needs when we first arrived in the showroom. I spoke with her first over the phone to inquire about product availability. She took the time to look up inventory and when she discovered that there was another customer who ordered the same table and was not ready for delivery yet. Reshma contacted us and coordinated our delivery within 1 week. Since we got there she was so helpful with all our questions and purchase. She even checked in before and after the delivery to confirm everything went smoothly! Also completely in love with the dining table and chairs! Looking forward to receive our bar stools from them as well.

Lovely high quality modern furniture. Excellent customer service from Reshma. When the furniture was delivered, one piece was damaged and I had to decline delivery. A new unit was delivered a week later. Thank you Reshma for your help with resolving the issue so quickly.

Im a constant shopper at Mobilia , such a great store with designer like pieces at great prices and great quality. A great service they have which makes shopping at their store even more convenient is the ability to communicate with their staff via text messages . A sweet lady (Rachel) was able to help me out on an inquiry of a coffee table at their store and she was able to send me pictures of the tables and answered all of my questions and helped me secure the item as if I was present at the store . I appreciated that a lot and helped me get what I need in no time . Thank you Rachel :)

We bought our dining table chairs and a sectional from Mobilia. We are extremely happy with the service and the attention given to us while we were in the showroom. My sales representative was Reshma and she was constantly in touch with me until the sofas were delivered. The delivery team was phenomenal too. Thanks to Mobilia and Reshma, we got all furnitures for our new house. Reshma is always there to help and Mobilia has lots of options for us to pick, we dont need to go shop around and the quality is really good too! Of course we had to wait for few months for customized bed but we are happy and totally satisfied when we get the good products!

I've been their customer for some years, recently Ibought a leather selection and the dining table from a sales person Barbara. She is very helpful and professional. I LOVE their design and quality, never disappointed about it. This was my first time to have delivery service, it went very smooth and easy and on time, they will text you to confirm the date/time 3 days prior the delivery, the mover were very professional and quick to install the furniture. They also texted me 30 mins prior arrival, so that I can make better plans of my day.

I was looking for a nice sectional sofa set that would fit in my new home's large basement that would serve both as a nice open-plan family room sofa and as comfortable seating for my home theatre. I had already seen the Wilford sectional in Mobilia's website and liked it. My mother and I went to the store in Mississauga after my sister and mother had already visited previously and had spoken with Barbara Kolodziejczyk, who had been very helpful in showing them various sofa options. Barbara listened very carefully to our needs and likes and then showed us the Wilford when I indicated an interest in it. She asked me questions about space and sizing and brought out the tape measure and responded to all of my questions and concerns fully and to my satisfaction. She did not rush us or even suggest us to come back another day when we had severely passed the store closing hours. Instead she very cheerfully provided very appropriate suggestions on how the sofa sections could fit for the best pricing and treated us like her own very dear friends. Barbara's knowledge of style and fit in the home was exceptional and ultimately was key to my final selection of the pieces of the Wilford model. Time will tell if the product itself is durable and remains comfortable over the next years in my basement (see the pics of the fit), but Barbara's treatment of us, customer service, sense of style and knowledge is exceptional. I would go back to see her again for any of my future home furniture needs without hesitation.

I am immensely pleased with Mobilia's customer service, especially the exceptional work of their highly skilled leather technician, Dragos Ivan.

My experience began with the purchase of a floor model sofa. Upon delivery, I discovered that one leg wasn't properly aligned with the floor, and there were minor scratches on the leather. Naturally, I was quite distressed to find my new sofa flawed, a detail that wasn't disclosed beforehand. Given it was a final sale item, I feared Mobilia might decline any repair request, a concern stemming from similar issues faced by a friend. Nevertheless, I reached out to Mobilia's customer service and was promptly assisted as they sent Dragos to address the sofa's issues.

Dragos proved to be not only adept at repairing sofas but also demonstrated commendable professionalism and ethics. He meticulously fixed the reported problems and, upon closer inspection, identified a loosened support board at the back. Without hesitation, he informed us and escalated the matter to Mobilia. To my relief, Mobilia agreed to rectify this significant issue, despite it not being part of my initial complaint.

This experience has reinforced my trust in Mobilia. Sometimes unforeseen issues arise, but it's how they are handled that truly matters. Mobilia's approach to after-sales support, coupled with their commitment to employing technicians like Dragos who are both skilled and ethical, assures me of their reliability. I am confident in continuing to shop at Mobilia.

Great place to buy your furniture. We bought a few very unique furnitures from this Mississauga showroom. The store employees are nice and helpful. Rachel was very polite.

Just received my Rockland Sectional couch and bar stools from Mobilia Mississauga and i must say i am very happy with the customers service, quality/elegance of sofa and the delivery process. A lady by the name of Reshma helped me throughout my experience from start to finish. She was very patient and knowledgeable which made my shopping selection/process very easy.

If you are looking for quality, elegant, Rock solid and most importantly reasonably priced furniture, save time and money and just go directly to the Mississauga Mobilia, they have a wide selection of beautiful leather and fabric furniture at affordable prices....and remember to ask for Reshma Nanavati the second you walk into the store.

Lara was so amazing. I made one phone call to inquire about buying leather sofa set and was lucky enough to be connected to Lara. She instantly started sending me pictures of sofas that matched what I was looking for. I drove to the store and met Lara, she is extremely knowledgable, has great advice, a good eye for design. I walked away buying sofas, a chair, coffee table and wall art. A month later I called Lara again and bought dining chairs. She is so awesome.

It all started with Lara - an amazing sales associate. She was enthusiastic about helping me, knew her merchandise and went above and beyond to ensure I was able to buy the items I wanted. She coordinated with another Mobilia store to secure one of the items I wanted, and then continued to journey with me until the sale was final. I will certainly seek Lara out for my next purchase. Shopping should be fun and someone like Lara makes it happen🙂
