I came in for the beach bash super sale. Loved the vibes, much needed on a cold winter day. Staff was amazing, also got some juice and gifts on the way out. Great experience as always. I got to enter a contest to win a beach vacation, hope I get it!

Gina and Shivani have very good customer service skills, They are very friendly and we are warmly well come. Manager Waheeda
and Maha also very helpful and friendly. We have shopped happily and at the same time we got two Items gift from Managers.We recommend other shopper to visit them and happy shop. Good luck.

I loved the decorations in the store, it was very festive, perfect for the holiday season. The sales associates were welcoming and answered all my questions. I had a great experience shopping here at Leon’s.

I had an ongoing issue with leons about my order however thanks to Massom she did help me alot to resolve it. I would rate 10 on 10 for Massome she has incredible customer service skills. This review is mainly got Massom. Thanks

We came here after we had a bad experience from another Leon’s. the staff here is very welcoming and kind. The manager was great too. Sales manager Sawarn was great he went above and beyond the customer service. This store has a great variety of options and they have monthly deals too. Will highly recommend or suggest this place for all your furniture needs.

My wife Courtney and I had a great experience when looking at furniture for our new place at Leon’s. We were greeted by Mervat when we came in. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. She provided us with all the information we needed, and gave us some tips. I appreciated that we were able to look at our own pace without feeling pressured, however she was always nearby when we needed her assistance.

I would like to recognize the amazing customer service offered by the representatives at Leon’s Store located in Mississauga in Britannia road, specially Fay that took all the time to help us choosing the right furniture we needed to match our room size and escalated our espectations and make us realized to get another item to complete our purchase, we are very satisfized with her service and thanks to her we are sleeping confortable enjoying our new bed and Matress. Great welcome at the store by Nayana who connected me with Shelly. I was able to find what I needed very quickly. The reps made sure I understood everything I was signing and every discount I was going to get. I am a satisfied customer. Will update after delivery of my order 😀

My delivery experience was smooth and worry-free. I wanted to be sure that I would have help to set up my bed but this was well taken care of. They called me the day before and twice on delivery day to ensure that I knew where they were. Setup was quick and efficient and I am ever so happy.

We came in looking for a variety of furniture pieces and appliances. Joe was incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable on all of products on the floor. We purchased a washer and dryer and he advised us on one of the best products that suited our needs. He advised us on what sales and financing options were available if we needed them, and within the hour we were happy with our multiple purchases. If you're visiting Leon's Mississauga please ask for Joe, he genuine and friendly.

It's still family/kid friendly as they still have a mini playground near the register for children to play in.

The overall service at the store carried a positive ambience as everyone smiled and carried a positive attitude by greeting us as we walked through the aisles.

Upon arrival Raj approached my spouse and I and offered his assistance: he was very helpful henceforth. He was patient, knowledgeable, honest, pleasant and professional. Leon’s has a nice variety of options for all rooms in your home. It was a great experience and would recommend anyone looking to furnish their home to choose Leon’s first.

We revisited the store to change an item and add a new one the following day. Tom and Shivani were so helpful and made the process effortlessly smooth! They were both very polite, pleasant and willing to assist. Another great experience.

I went to Leon's @ 201 Britannia Rd. E. Mississauga. Their store is huge and have a great variety of furniture and accessories! Service is great. My Sales Associate (Sheetal) was wonderful. She was knowledgeable on all of their merchandise and helped me fine the right piece of furniture for my home. It is always a pleasure shopping at Leon's! :-)

I had a great experience shopping here last week with Win. He was very helpful in assisting me picking out some furniture. Also, thanks to waheeda, I was able to get my furniture within 2 days. I really appreciated their help and will definitely be coming back another time.

Excellent. The delivery men were amazing. The whole process online was simple and easy. Leon's is my first to stop online for furniature.

We have been customers of Leon’s for many years (20 +)
We’ve not had issues previously any issues with any sales rep we’ve dealt with. However recently we purchased a washing machine, purchased a warranty - when it came time to come due on the warranty they wanted to give us a prorated amount as credit toward a new machine. This was not how we understood the warranty to be.
We spoke to manager Waheeda - and found there are actually two types of warranty, and we were told the wrong info at time of purchase. I was going to escalate this instead Waheeda took the ropes and helped us out. She was amazing in her understanding, her patience and most of all her customer service was amazing. We went in to take care of the final details and we were helped by Shivani- she was the sweetest, and very personable. Explained the warranties to us and made the transaction effortless!
